As you walk in you can see a nice mini grocery store including Frozen ice cream you can even grab a steak if you want one they've stopped selling generic braum's brand sodas they have fresh produce I was there about 2:30 in the afternoon with my daughter and sister we did some shopping there for groceries we were going to grab Burger but when I looked the line was way long they look like they were backed up so we chose not to eat there it was nice clean friendly I looked again at the line after shopping and it was down no one there but we had to leave as we bought ice cream of course at braum's
I had applied for a job here and had got hired but wouldn't be able to start for a few weeks. since they needed people then they filled up staff and and let me off and didn't call, email me or anything. Found out when I called them the day before I was supposed to work and the manager said they were "bad staffed" now all the summer jobs are taken and I have to try to find someplace to work. Also the food is less than mediocre. Just a real crumy place to be I guess.
Took granddaughter for a special outing. Greeted when we walked in. Busy and yet you wouldn't know it. What impressed me was an elderly woman was attempting to order just ahead of us and you could tell she was having a bit of a challenge. The young woman taking her order was so pleasant and patient. She explained very carefully about the order and what all was included. She had respect for this customer which you don't always see. We placed our orders, paid and sat down. Table was clean and window by our booth was sparkling.. In about 12 or so minutes our food was brought to us. Good and tasteful. It was quiet and that was a good sign as everyone was enjoying their meal. Costs were very easy on the wallet. Will go again. Granddaughters request!
I just started working here and the managers on the morning shift are great. Everyone I have come across or worked with is friendly.
Decided to try this Braum's out instead of our usual one on Kemp. Big mistake. Ordered a specific sundae and received one with totally different ice cream. When I went back up to the counter to let them know that it was wrong, the woman behind the counter was rude and couldn't believe I wanted it remade to what I had actually ordered. She even called over the manager, as though I would keep it and eat something I didn't order. They finally made the correct order, but never mentioned anything about having made the wrong sundae in the first place. If you go to the drive-thru make sure you taste test your ice cream order before leaving or you might be in for a surprise when you get home.
Stopped in for dessert. We split a banana split, no pun intended. It was very good, always enjoy going here.
Extremely friendly staff, and very speedy service. The grocery area was so well kept and clean. My family likes to stop by and grab some food basics sometimes to avoid the craziness of the big grocery store.
This location is extra nice the decor and the flooring are pleasing to the eyes the staff here is very nice and they are excellent even when it’s busy and of course the quality of food and ice cream is superb.
I will always love the PB&J Ice Cream that's never available and I need to know when it's going to come back. I will buy so much cartons of PB and J Ice cream.
Love this Braums. Great store with very fresh good at decent prices. Restaurant is also good- hot, fresh food served quickly.
