Fries cold and tasted like old cold grease. Didn't have juice box for child's meal and the bread on the Reuben sandwichs. Both sandwiches the bread was like freezer burnt or microwaved until the crust you couldn't even bite through it. It just ripped apart from the bread. Won't go there. The one on Kemp is wonderful.
It was lunch time and very busy but they did great. They were faster than m oki st fast food at lunch

Food was fine but it took a while. The parking lot is also poorly laid out and can be tricky when driving.
Fast food, consistent quality, nice variety. While all my old deli haunts in NY & FL will ban me from ever returning, I must say Arby's is notches above typical fast food places. There is something for everyone & it is still possible to have a reasonably healthy meal. Admittedly, I did sneak in a Buffalo Chicken slider at the behest of my brother-in-law ... It was surprisingly tasty.
We had lunch for the first time at Rico's this Saturday. It was very nice! The restaurant is nice and clean and the table. Too close to each other.Our waitress was absolutely delightful! So sweet and Johnny on the spot whenever we needed her.The food is pretty good. My husband have the nachos and he really likes him. I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas. Personally I thought the sour cream sauce was a little on the sweet side in the whole dish a little under seasoned. But it really wasn't bad at all. And they give you quite a bit! The chips and salsa are excellent! Nice thin crispy chips and choices of salsa. Their hot salsa is really hot! I mixed a little bit of it in with the regular it was just perfect for me. It's a great place for lunch and we would eat there again.
It's Arby's, you know what you're getting. This is a super cool location in WF. Staff is nice and food comes out hot and quick. No online ordering as of December 21. Ring the bell if you go inside, they dig it.
Horrible!! Nothing was fresh! Chicken was all dried out, overcooked and cold. Fries not fresh, hard and cold. Wasted my money on bad food. Should have listen to my husband and went to McDonalds down the street.
This particular location caused me some issues getting into, as I am not from around this area and the building is tucked in between two one-way streets and the entrances are a bit hard to determine given the location of the drive-thru. If I wasn't a fan of Arby's in general, I probably would have kept driving. But I enjoyed the food, and the red ranch sauce on the Beef and Cheddar really made my day (our home locations don't do that anymore). Only trouble inside the building was when I grabbed a Horsey Sauce packet out of a bowl, and then later discovered it was split open...
