Went to Wichita Falls Applebees. Worst service I have had since I could remember. No greeted. When finally taken to a table, we were sat at a DIRTY table. Our waiter came and I asked to be moved to a different table. As I walked by four other tables that were dirty. He proceeded to sit us at a dirty table where you could clearly see the crumbs and watermarks from the previous guest. I told him that one was dirty as well. He went and got spray and a bunch of napkins to wipe it off.We ordered our 2 for $25Our Spinach Dip portion size was quite small and the soufflé cup of salsa. After, not getting Appetizer plates I got Lane’s ( Our waiter ) attention an asked for plates and another salsa. Our chicken tenders and lime fiesta chicken came out. My granddaughter asked for Ranch. He didn’t return. Once I seen he had been hanging out at the bar talking, watching tv, looking out the window…. I got his attention again. RANCH PLEASE.I order the chicken fiesta all the time. Swear, it’s my favorite. Yet, this time is wasn’t what I expected. At this point I wasn’t sure if it was the food, or my stomach turned from the poor quality of service.Once I got home and reviewing the bill. He charged us for the Extra soufflé cup of salsa and ranch. wow! That was the icing on the cake. I will never go back to Wichita Falls, Kemp location again. I’ll stick with Duncan’s Applebee’s

This location is terrible. I did a curbside order and I checked in. 10 minutes later no one showed up. I called twice but no one picked up. I went inside to the pick up area where 2 workers were standing and talking. One was a waitress and one was a manager. The manager made eye contact with me then turned and walked away. Extremely rude. The waitress followed. I walked over to the bar and got assistance. The food was terrible. The cheese for the nachos had large clumps in it like it was old. It definitely looked old and the cup had been used before. The chips were soggy. The chicken for the tacos were 100% spoiled. I smelled it as soon as I opened the container. Disgusting. The pasta was very bland and chicken strips were only flavored on the top. Also, OLD.I will never return.

The food was good! But the drinks? Made my night. I had the Date Night daiquiri, and I absolutely loved it. Definitely going back for more of that.

This used to be my absolute favorite place to eat as a child. As the years progressed, it's gone down a bit and the food doesn't taste so good anymore. I do still love some platters, and the Shirley Temples slap.

This Applebee's has been an all time favorite for the past several years. I love the atmosphere here. Wonderful staff and delicious food.Definitely recommended.

Don’t order to go after 8. Your food will be burned, A LOT of an appetizer will be missing, condiments you ask for won’t be included and when you call and speak to a manager all you’ll get is a “thanks, we’ll do better at packing our to go orders…” Save yourself the trouble and money and eat somewhere else. Very disappointing for the money that was spent

I am usually not one to fuss especially when it comes to food. But, I'm going to today.I was very excited to try the Cheetos boneless wings cause they looked fire! Needless to say the presentation was horrible! My server was great but the only reason I went there was for the wings. Highly disappointed, not sure if I'll ever go back.

We went Friday and Saturday. Friday for dinner, Saturday for cocktails and snacks. Friday everything was great. Excellent service. Saturday a bit hit and miss. Waiter kept disappearring and we the place was not crowded so service should have been a lot better.

Waitress was good but the food was terrible, $32 and I left almost all of my Alfredo and that was after asking for extra sauce because it was so dry. The chicken and shrimp dinner tasted like it had salt just poured all over it. They need to hire new cooks.Very disappointed.

Had dinner at this Applebee's with my wife and we were extremely disappointed. The main problem we had was with the waitress. She could not get our order correct, she gave poor service, and she had the audacity to walk around with a wad of bills (tips?) and count the money. First, we ordered drinks. My wife wanted an Arnie Palmer and the waitress said she didn't know what that was. My wife told her half lemonade and half ice tea and to please make the ice tea unsweetened. We also ordered an appetizer of onion rings at that time. The waitress came back about five minutes later with our drinks and my wife's drink was clearly ice tea only. When questioned about this, the waitress said she thought it was half sweetened ice tea and half unsweetened ice tea. Since my wife clearly explained what an Arnie Palmer drink was - the waitress should have know that. The waitress went to get the correct order. We had to ask for straws. We waited for the onion rings and after 15 minutes or so, the waitress was asked about the onion rings order. She went to check and came back and said some other waitress took the onion rings to another table. We looked around and no other customers had onion rings. The waitress said she'd place another order for the onion rings. Another ten minutes later and she brought the onion rings. We asked if we were going to get napkins, silverware and small plates for the onion rings. The waitress went to get the silverware and returned with them. We again asked for napkins and plates. Nearly five minutes later and the napkins were dropped off on a quick walk by our table. Those plates? We never did get them. The food finally came and when the waitress put down my wife's plate, some of the food fell off the plate onto the table. No apology from the waitress. My dinner was included a steak and I ordered it medium done.....it was rare. The waitress only came by one other time with refills for our drinks. She asked at that time how the meal was and as we started answering her - she was off to talk with other employees at the bar AGAIN. The waitress, by the way, complained about her day starting out bad and it got better. When we arrived, she claimed to be having a great day. We can't imagine the poor service others may have received while she was having a bad start to her day. On several occasions, she was seen talking with other employees at the bar. On several occasions we saw her walking around counting a wad of money. The restaurant was certainly not busy when we were there. Nobody at the bar and only four other tables with people....and those tables had other waitresses. Our waitress had no other table to attend to. Clearly, this waitress needs to do better in her job. Because of her, we will not be returning to this restaurant. If the manager wishes to contact us in private, we'll gladly provide the waitresses name. As to the bill? My wife paid it and left exactly ten percent for a tip. Had I paid it, there would not have been a tip.
