Sometimes everything comes out perfect, & the other time The fries are cold & boneless wings are always bite size, or they forget to add something to the order oh & waiting time is usually 30+ min I think this place could do better if staff was organized & not short staff.
If you prefer freshly prepared food, this is NOT for you. Wings were very dry and “chewy.” Fries seemed reheated and tasteless even with seasoning. Won’t be returning to this one. The stars are for the kind and patient order-taker. Without her, this place should have no stars.
Worst service ever! The people who work at this location never want to work! Every time we walk in they greet us with it’s a 30-45 min wait! Which is fine but when they say it so rudely and when you say it’s ok they roll there eyes! Never fails!!! Today was just horrible, walked in didn’t even get to say hello. Was told it’s a 35-45 min way, agreed to this and as I begun to order was interrupted And was told oh and the dining area is closed!! It was 6:30 I asked why and she Rudely told me because they called me and told me! They are so rude and always have attitude. We love wing stop but this wing stop has ruined it for us.
Always takes forever for takeout. Maybe I just don't time it well. But the food is great
It’s always something with them for not being able to dine in. Just went in today and they said orders only to go can’t eat in since we are short staffed. They make it seem like they have waiters to serve you to the table and take your order. It’s been getting worse as time goes by.
PLEASE DO NOT GO !!!Worst place ever . They take a long time to serve my order about 1 hour wait. It came finally and the food was Refrigerator cold! I asked the cashier to speak to the manager and it seemed that the manager was embarrassed to speak to me! I bet this is how her upper management is ignore customers for their mistake! If you can go to Elsa or Harlingen go there! This management has the worst customer service .

This place sucks when answering phone orders. I live in mercedes and always try to order here but end up ordering from donna wingstop simply because donna wingstop is always on their A-game when answering phone orders. Do better Weslaco Wingstop. Smh.
