Ordered the number 2.... Get home and my burger only had one meat. I take my order back and the employee I spoke with has the audacity to say I took the meat out. They refused to make my order or give me my money back. What they don't understand is what they did was theft. But it's ok they just won't be getting anymore money from me or my family.
Service was great.Only advice is for them to either remove the dangling tube from the drive thru or to update the real height.My family van has a high roof, and it fits in a 9'0" tall drive thru, in this places states this measurement, yet the dangling pipe is shorter. I'm glad I stopped to check right before going through other wise if I had believed the 9'0" there goes van roof. ?
This is the worst WHATABURGER in the Valley. Three times I did online orders to be picked up curbside and all three times they never brought out the food. Then the order was wrong and fries were ice cold, probably from sitting there 10 minutes. Sorriest customer service and management of ANY fast food place. I complained to their customer service line and it still happens. Management didn't care at all. NEVER GOING TO Whataburger again.
Horrible service and food. I went for breakfast and they forgot my pancakes, biscuit meals including the drinks and the hash browns. Now how in the world do you forget that ? Then I called and complained and got free lunch, so I went to order in store and this old lady was so rude she was what I'm assuming is a manager (she had a grey shirt) she said only 1-6! Ma'am why are you yelling at me for getting my order wrong? And again they got my order wrong!!!!! Never again
1st whataburger I visit (tried to visit) that doesn't have 24 hour dine-in services . I've been all over the map here in Texas and this is the first one I've come across that it's over night employees refuse to let me in to have a meal . I was told the dine in area opens at 6 a.m. and that I couldn't even go into the front counter area to place an order so I could eat in my semi . Very disappointed dissatisfied and saddend I couldn't have my breakfast at this location.... Glad I was just passing through and don't have to bother with them anymore . Feel sorry for those who do though.
Gross!! First and last time at this location. My son and I ordered burgers to go and the bread was soggy. Yuck! I don't know why, or how... maybe when they rinsed the lettuce? I'll try to another location next time we're craving Whataburger.
Worst service on drive thru ever. So Unorganized and unprepared. Unprofessional atmosphere.
Beautiful everywhere except the yucky faucet in ladies restroom. Otherwise it's a lovely store and great employees. Would like ours in Mission looked like that one.

Well, as they movie says, they "F" you in the drive thru. I got home and had one burger instead of two...had to go back to get the other one.
