The lady taking my order was very frustrated because I decided to change my order while I was ordering via drive thru. She proceeded to sigh really loudly on the head set and had her manager finish taking my order. The manager had good customer service but you should not have an employee sighing or giving any attitude to their customers whatsoever.

Popeyes, National Franchise so you know what to expect.Mainly Fried chicken but they do have some fish items ?.This location, a little messy, not to clean but expected on this kind of franchises.Prices are moderate, flavor is good as expected.Friendly employees.
Very bad customer service. Was very uninformative when asking questions about the menu items. Gave my kids 1 small tender applesauce and a flat soda. Chicken was cold tenders and biscuits were hard like rocks. I paid for 4 sauces and did not receive anything in the bag. I don't recommend this place. Better to make chicken at home. Don't waste your money ?
I stopped by for my lunch break. I was quoted a 4-5 minute wait. They told me to pull forward to the front cause they want to avoid the timer at the window with corporate. It got slammed it. They served every customer that drove up and forgot about me. I went inside and asked for my order. They started on it the second I walked in. I told them forget it give me a refund. They refused to give me a refund without my receipt. Bad customer service and especially bad management.
SOOOO much better than Chick-fil-a. The fries taste better, the chicken is crispy and juicy, and it's significantly cheaper. Obviously no special sauces like Chick-fil-a but still my pick between the two. The apple pie is fantastic
We have enjoyed the Popeyes Crispy Chicken Sandwich for a long time, but lately the size of the chicken breast is noticeably smaller! The bun used to be smaller than the chicken, but the bun was much larger on the last one.
Loved their chicken sandwiches. Started with classic (very good) then tried the spicy (excellent!). First time visiting a Popeyes and went back twice more within two weeks. :) Great counter people. Fast, courteous and friendly.
If theres a manager the employees will treat you nicely but as soon as it leaves they treat you like garbage.
Popeyes is my favorite fast food place. I absolutely love the spicy chicken here and this location has been pretty consistent with quality. Tried the blackberry cheesecake pie they have at time of writing and it's amazing.Just be prepared for the drive thru to blare a pre-recorded message at you the moment you pull up. I think corporate has them all do this, but it can get confusing hearing a different voice asking to take your order.
