Why doesn't this give an option of a thumbs down. Never fails they either give you attitude or mess up your order. How do you hand someone a drink and no straws. How do you forget hash browns or fries? It's not the customer that is working it's the employee. Check the bag,check to make sure the order is right because 9/10 times your customer that is going through the drive through is on the way home to hungry people,then to get home & things are missing? But oh how dare you ask for a extra dipping sauce because they want you to pay for it ,but can forget part of the meal you paid for.. well guess what you've gotten enough money for items we've paid for that we didn't get home with. Train better and get better customer service.

This is the worse McDonalds in the RGV. Worse yet is that it's the only McDonalds near us in Mercedes. The fries are consistently cold. It use to be that the fries were fresh and warm....not any longer. There is no longer such a thing as made to order. Today I ordered 2 medium McFlurrys, Quarter Pounder meal and a Hot&Spicy chicken sandwich. The latter was cold. Both of our McFlurrys were half filled and sloppy. Lastyly, I was not given a receipt. I have to wonder if that was on purpose and to keep us from complaining because you have to have a receipt in order to be redeemed. I rated this complaint as a one star complaint and this was simply because you can't submit your reviews without selecting a star. To the owner, you should be ashamed of your restaurant. Servicing your customers is a thing of the past.................

Manager was very rude when I called for refund. Will not be going back to this location again.

So I went to mds in Weslaco tx. I ordered and was in a good mood. Until I see one of the workers give the front car our order because I over heard them. And them they come to me and ask me if I got my meals and I was no. They looked at the receipt and still had the balls to ask me if I paid there and to who it was a drive thru order. So after I felt like they were accusing me of stealing they did nothing to make it right. So I ask for the manager, nothing the cleaning lady came to respond for every one. It was a terrible experience and just rude. And yes I gave them a piece of my mind ,for being rude inconsiderate, and just plain wrong. I will be calling corporate. Very soon. Just felt wrong eating the food, never know what employee will spit in my food. Threw it away

No ponen attencion!!! my large fries where half ways and they forgot my fries on my fish combo. Why? Why? Why? I paid for it!!! I called the station and a girl by the name of Valerie was very nice and professional about it. She said come within a week and I’ll give you the fries you were missing! Please talk to your staff and have them listen to what customers order.

I'm a top dasher and pick up orders around the valley area, this is a very slow location you should really organize. I was here 3 times today and every time took too long. Short waiting times help make our customers happy, we save some time which is money, and you help your sales, you should organize better. Employee kept asking what items were in the order, she should check, we provide numbers for the order not each item cause they are many items many times.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. Kiosks missing tents, one kiosk not even working, no one at register. No paper in kiosk so had no receipt to show when employees asked for my order number after waiting nearly 15 minutes for my food. Had to raise voice to get an employees attention all the while there is a line of people waiting at a register to be attended. Clueless employees wandering around looking like they don’t even want to be here.

Good, however service was very slow, stood at cashier for a while before someone came to take my order, this happened twice, I ordered food than did another order for dessert.

I decided to dine in here and never again. The restroom was disgusting, there was no toilet paper, no hand soap for employees to wash their hands, and no hand sanitizer. Also when my boyfriend was ordering the food the manager was being so rude and mean to the employee TRYING to take our order. She didn't want to help him understand the computer where he was taking our order. And to be disrespectful to him in front of a customer was just disturbing. He was trying.
