Not a big fan of McDonald's but my kids love it! I stopped by and sure enough I was let down ! I asked for my kids burgers plain and dry and they slapped a pound of mustard and ketchup! I ask the cashier to please make sure my breaded chicken filet was made fresh and add onions on my sandwich please! . Well the patty was a staged for a good while! It was cold, dry and a pound of Mayo on it with no onions!. Thanks but no thanks McDonald's ?

Sat in line for 20+ minutes to be told at 11:02am breakfast ended at 11:00am - terrible service they didn’t even care - we left. ?
Placed my order through my mobile app. When I arrived at drive thru they asked me to park in spot #5. 20 minutes later and I still had not received my food. I called to check on my order and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Had to show my receipt to prove I was waiting for my food. 10 minutes later I receive my food. Get home and my hash browns were super cold and my coffee just warm.
I know the food is good. I love the big mack.
It was 9:59 I ordered 1 hash brown and then thr lady in the front just rolled her eyes at me and she was like that it or what and like I don't think she is good worker just saying
Horrible....nuggets were cold....the burgers were too salty and literally just not made well the bun and cheese were not stacked rather just all thrown together....for a 20 piece nugget got only 2 sauces and not the one I asked for....the drive thru employee kept asking over and over again what we said and when repeated back the order was wrong......just over all a frustrating experience....today was a tiring day for me and something quick was on the menu since I was too tired to cook....McDonald's up north are definitely better....not happy
Extremely busy and we only wanted drinks. Wait wasn't bad and the drinks (iced coffees) were mixed well. Two different flavors ordered and they forgot to mark which was which; only negative. Still 5 stars in my book!
The ice-cream machine was working that day. In seriousness though, I've never had any issues with the staff and or tfe food I've received. At one point my fam and I made friends with one of the friendly staff members. I think she's a manager now? Anyway, she totally deserved it.
Their lines are always so long, but I don't blame them since they're right off the expressway. So far, I've had great interactions with the workers only because I speak to them with respect, as you should. They do tend to forget the sauce for the nuggets, though.
