They bought 3 high chairs for the whole place. My kids was wild like he always is but now he has free roam all over the table because we couldn’t sit him down on a booster seat. I think the cooks might have been distracted because they only cooked one side of my steak. We thought that maybe a drink would make this better but the Bloody Mary mix tasted bitter AF. I’ve never had this happen at any other restaurant maybe manager Joel doesn’t know how to run a steak house. The place was actually not that full maybe the people already knew to avoid it. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
Waiting for a table with dozen plus tables empty and clean ready for customers. Party of and several others waiting. Poor customer management from the start. Food is great, service...not so much.
Great staff. Greeted as soon as we walked in. Hardly ever any wait time. Clean environment and the food is outstanding. We always get Wild West Shrimp for an appetizer but this time we went for the Stuffed Mushrooms. If you like Mushrooms this appetizer is a must try?. 70 dollars should be more than enough for two people and tip.
Our server is super rude and my silver ware was dirty and no one has bothered to give me another one after I asked a sever to bring me one this is my first time coming here and it is terrible. To top it off the menus were super dirty as well.
Had a wonderful dining experience at the Weslaco location #5496 Under expert management of Mauricio Trevino this restaurant offers great service (Sydney) and excellent food plus enticing adult beverages. Will be making the short drive to Weslaco more often.
Worst service I have ever encountered. I Waited 30 minutes after ordering a steak and hadn't even gotten my salad yet. Couldn't get any waitstaff to take notice so I just got up and left.
Arrived, welcome in and seated right away. Our server asked what she could help us get started with our meal. Everything went smoothly with our order. Our meal was awesome, the steaks we ordered were delivered just as we ordered them. Very satisfied with our visit. Will definitely go back to dine at this location ???
I like my steak rare and they actually cooked it rare. Most places will over cook it. I also had the fried okra, wow, delicious!
Good waiter. Delicious food. Decent service time. Be prepared to spend at least $15 for a steak plate. I'll admit it was DEFINITELY worth it!
