We stopped in to eat a quick lunch. Pleasantly surprised: very clean ?, user friendly menu, busy - families with children & groups of coworkers, food was good, getting our food a bit slow. Even though it was lunchtime, it was easy to park.We'll do it again!
We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a big box with a side of 2 Mac and cheese. We sat down and they called for our order we got up to get it but they gave us 2 chicken sandwiches NOT spicy even though thats what we asked for. We decided not to complain but as we were eating there were more and more, after us I would say more than 6 people got their order wrong. Most of the people in the restaurant got their order wrong. And more and more people came back to say that there order wrong. So not only did they got ours wrong but everyone else as well. We were very unsatisfied. I would give this a zero but I cant.
I was really disappointed when my visit today. We wanted to order a eight piece extra crispy but we're told it would take 25 minutes. Instead we got the regular but when we got home instead of two breasts we only had one instead of two thighs we only had one and the rest was filled in with pieces of what I think were chicken legs and an extra wing. The coleslaw was really sloppy and ugly the chicken was cold and ugly it tasted like it had been sitting there all day. You would think with the price of everything going up that the service and food would get better not worse. They have the worse customer service of any restaurant and what makes it even worse, they don't care.
I have not had a bad experience with the food. However, last time I went, I ordered 16pc family meal and only got 8pc. I didn't notice until I got home, so we had to go back since I called MULTIPLE times for about 10 minutes and no one every answered. They fixed it.

OMG!I have not eaten at a KFC for several years and as I passed by this particular location, I remembered the delicious original chicken recipe and decided to pick up an order to surprise my family for dinner. BIG MISTAKE.I ordered the 8 piece original with two sides. Believe me when I tell you the best part of this order was the gravy on the mashed potatoes I had ordered as one of the sides. A chicken breast was overly greasy and when I got past the skin, it was watery and with not much flavor. One of the chicken legs was barely cooked through. The biscuits were hard and chewy in places depicting them sitting around for too long. Needless to say, we did not finish this meal and threw most of it away. It was an expensive education. I attributed this to our change in taste as we had not eaten at a KFC for so many years. I thought this until I took the time to read the reviews on Google Maps and saw that many other people have had a bad experience at this particular restaurant.I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant and will not change this opinion as I don't think we will be back to this restaurant or any KFC in the future.

Cashier seemed not to happy working that day...didn't get her name, but I will...my food was ready to be given to me when she decides to leave to the back and comes back about 5 minutes later then forgets about me helps another customer and gives him his order continues to work on other orders that qere going to get picked up and when she's me she gives me my order all I said "REALLY"...manager was there and never said anything she also started a conversation with the cashier...this was in weslaco texas 78596....
Restaurant really clean, good food and service really nice.
Very bad food. Don’t get me wrong, I like KFC. But this particular one is a disgrace. If I was the owner, I would fire everyone and hire new workers. Seems like workers there don’t take pride in their work. Two times I’ve gone there and their chicken sandwich was too salty and the bread was too toasted to the point of being burnt toast. What is it with the valley having mediocre fast food places? I won’t go there a third time. Two times there convinced me to never eat there again. I see some good ratings that date back two or three years. I guess the place changed ownership or the management is just too lazy to do their work and see to it that the workers do their job properly. They don’t even deserve one star.
