Had lunch here on Friday, they have really reasonable prices. I Had the parillada for one I think. It was well served everything was really good. Their spicy salsa was excellent. Only thing was they took a while to bring menus for our table, and my coworker's drink had a fly in it. Drink got replaced eitherway. Server only came once to our table but was friendly overall. Would go back again all in all.
I would have shown my marvelous plate but indeed it was all gone. Got some chilli cheese fries to take home. I had the enchiladas and they were amazing! My friend ordered the "shipwreck which was also devoured..Bursting with flavor!If you wanna relax to the aesthetic sounds of a busy diner + some wholesome food I highly recommend kenos.Our waitress was also amazing and very fast. Good service
Excellent price, excellent food, nice staff and cozy environmentbut for some reason I get the wrong drink sometimes.Love coming here for a cheap breakfast with my sweetie.
This was my parents and my first time here and we thought it was great. The pancakes are huge (size of a dinner plate) & my breakfast taco was delicious. We would come back. Prices very reasonable too.
Our server, Marilyn, was great. Had fried chicken- it was good. Breading a little heavy, and could have used more seasoning IMHO, but chicken itself was very good. Simple salad. I had mine with mashed potatoes, my wife chose fries- both very good. The rolls that were included with the meal were excellent.excellent- somebody really knows what they are doing there.
Amazing place to join family or friends for either breakfast lunch or dinner even brunch. They even have the biggest cinnamon rolls in the RGV and the best flour tortillas as well
I love that they have breakfast all day... Big plus there... Coffee was simple but amazing... Great size servings especially for the cost... The breakfast taco comes with a side of beans for 1.50! Wow... Food however was just decent tasting nothing amazing... Both Mexican and American food.
My husband and I went in for lunch. We had not been there for a long time. Their food used to be good as I can recall. But this time around nope. Money wasted. Their enchiladas did not taste good at all. I did not even finished them. And I'm one that live enchiladas. But not these. My hubby ate the same. Both of us felt the same. On our way out we had a discussion on we wouldn't return to Keno again. Food was not what we expected. Not worth another try for us. Sorry Keno.
As diners go, it's a typical hole in the wall place. We were seated right away and waitress was very attentive and prompt. The Keno club was great tasting (a lot of bacon). My wife said the chicken fried chicken was just ok. She said the gravy tasted a little funny. I would return just to try their other dishes. It was generally good.
Good price n the food was good
