Jack always hits the spot. Their consistency is always on point. The customer service was amazing.
First of all, at the drive thru we had to repeat our order SEVERAL times even after being very loud and clear. After ordering we go to the window to pay and the girl there hands us everything with no receipt. Once we got home we open the bags and the orders all wrong. We ordered chicken strips and got a whole other spicy burger. The chicken strips were for a very picky child so the experience was super frustrating considering the girl even asked us if everything on the screen was correct. Along with that, she seemed very distracted. So disappointed.
Food was cold and chicken was dry, Manger seemed bothered and lied about food being fresh ?
My favorite place to eat is you Jack...in the box love your takitos extra crispy and potato wedges bring them back Bacon potato wedges some Jacks don't have them anymore ??
I enjoy Jack in the Box, however, every time I've driven up to this location (3 separate occasions) they've told me they aren't open yet, already being passed 7am, when their posted hours say they're supposed to be open at 6am. Every other location is open on time except this one. When asked what time they open I received a very casual response : "usually like at 7:15 ish, 7:30". Doesn't sound like the crew in charge of opening gets there on time.
They were nice and friendly ☺️ it did take a bit for them to make my order but everything is fresh ??
My husband usually pocks up food from here, but I personally haven't had Jack in the Box in over 15 years. I picked up some nuggets for my son recently and noticed he didn't finish them, so I took a bite out of one and it was soggy. ? He says it's the first time this happens, but I'll stay away from their food. My husband hasn't had a bad experience, hence the 3 stars.
Restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. Burgers were good but fries were barely warm.
Great customer service clean and organized place one of the nicest Jack in the box I've been in
Horrible service. They never have anything in the menu and when ordering inside they are always in the back. Employees always on the phone while working swearing in front of customers. Horrible place would not recommend. Rather drive to another Jack.
