I hate writing a negative review, but their consistently poor service needs to be addressed. The drive thru is incredibly slow and when you call it in (which takes 30 mins for them to prepare an order anyway) to save you the frustration of waiting in line the order is incorrect. Unbelievable. After playing El Pato roulette today my order was incomplete and the only solution they offered was to credit me the missing pieces of my order. ? Yikes! Really? That’s it? How about delivering the food or crediting my order or I’m terribly sorry, please come back and we’ll make it right for you and your family. With plenty of options to choose from, we grew up on this place and it’s just a shame what’s become of it. Eat here at your own risk. ✌?
Friendly staff and good food, downside is that taco sizes are inconsistent, sometimes they're full and other times hardly any filling. I updated my rating to 4 stars instead of 5. Somethings changed, they take a ridiculous time now to get food to customers. Whether drive through or dine in it just seems to be getting worse. Horrible wait time.
Called in order. Got there, didnt have it. Had to re-order. No apology, didnt seem to care. Food was good but customer experience is highly lacking.
Bacon and egg pato 10/10 perfect, was piping hot and not greasy. Chips and queso 9/10 great consistency and just the right kick spice wise but I needed more chips lol so -1. Fajita pato with white cheese 6/10. Flavor was good but too greasy for me.
Disappointed with the food. Salty & bland. Why they call themselves Mexican food is beyond me. Plus fake fox news on their tv. No one wants to eat & watch a bunch of liars. Taco Palenque was a better option. Real Mexican food, not like el pato. Minus -0 ⭐️
The place is good n Clean and good service and the food is good but when it comes to Tacos their making them kinda smaller that I I didn't like Sorry but I like to be honest
The worse food that I’ve have ever eaten the assorted plate was way over heated in the microwave the street tacos meat was very dry & crunchy like the meat was in the steam table since the morning very dissatisfied & disappointed these is the second time in the last month that the quality of food is not there. Never again will I visit el pato. I wish someone will contact me.
Nice customer service, clean restrooms. Ordered chicken enchiladas they were freshly prepared. Clean dining room, they have a drive thru too but there's always traffic when exiting. Check out their weekday specials, good breakfast tacos too
Though the restaurant was clean, service was terrible. I waited 35 mins before any sign of my order was ready.
Food was good, but they forgot my cheese in my taco. I came from Laredo to eat their guisado, guacamole and cheese and I was a little disappointed. I didn't want to go back and fix it for .78 cents. It was still better than any guisado Laredo sells though.
