There could be a possible wait time if you arrive in person, however putting your order online helps with faster pickup. Would recommend they have two registers open for faster orders. Two families left while I was waiting.One staff member was taking orders and packing by herself, with 10 people in line. She was friendly though. Got myself a fresh batch of cookies which made up for the wait time, but beware some may be out.Ordered a batch of 6 including: Choco, Smores and the Birthday Cake. Cookies were good, crispy outside and soft center. Pairs well with Vanilla Bean Ice-cream. Wait time took 15 minutes. Not sure if it's a trend thing but not an experience that would drag me back so soon.
The name says it all. The cookies crumble in softness and the varieties are excellent. I must say though, all the cookie dough tastes the same to me. Only difference is the toppings and other flavors.
I recommend this place the employee's we're all wearing gloves and mask the place was so clean , employee that serived us was very nice and omg the cookies are so.so yummy . They may be a little pricey but so worth it yummy . We got the Rocky chocolate cookie it was so yummy loved the walnuts , thank you crumbl . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Loved that is was easy to order through the app and took them about 2 mins to get my order ready when I told them through the app that I was there, LOVED IT!!!!!
Huge thick cookies that were crisp on the outside while soft and chewy inside. A texture similar to a brownie. Lemon cookie was amazing. Tart and sweet at the same time. Chocolate chip was good. Service was outstanding and the store was immaculately clean. May become a new bad habit.
Mt family loved the cookies. I don't remember what flavors we got. My personal opinion was a no go I don't like cakey cookies and the cookie is so big its a mini cake. Good flavors though.
