It used to be good, but not anymore. Our waiter was not attentive at all but made sure to add his 30+ dollar tip to the bill. Food was honestly very disappointing, not worth the price we paid. Will not be going back.
Took my mom out for her birthday we enjoyed everything... Everything was made fresh and the staff was so friendly. We had a few drinks too, and the alcohol ratio in the drinks was PERFECT. Definitely will be going again. We had a Margarita on the rocks and a Pina Colada.
An awesome place to eat. The plates are always served well and you will never leave still hungry.
Seemed like a good place based on reviews but just so so for us. The seafood is shrimp or re snapper and most is just listed as " fish". I asked what fish meant and they said bass. I asked what kind of bass - small mouth, large mouth - no idea. I said I hope it isn't "basa" which is a cheap flavorless catfish from Vietnam. Well that is what it was - I should no better by now when I just see the word "fish" on the menu. If you don't like fish because of its taste then this basa is the fish for you - totally bland! It's healthy but tasteless. Prices here are higher than they should be so wasn't busy. Service was just okay - had to keep asking because wait staff didn't seem to care to listen though there was no language issue. Would try other seafood restaurants before coming back. Wife tried some Mexican food and also was much less than impressed. More like a 2-1/2 star than a 3!
There was brown gravy on my Carne guisada, and fries? Served warm. The caldo was hot, light on the meat, thick vegetables. On the positive side, they did have Diet Coke. And the place was attractive inside, they had the best parking coned off. I was also overcharged, they didn't give me a itemized receipt, don't like that. I got a cash refund. NRJ.
Potions were great. Price was a bit more than I wanted to pay. My plate came with 3 taco rice, bean, fries and salad. Paid in total about $19 with my drink.
This place is a go to for us but not anymore. Their waitstaff is allover the place. Our server was the bartender as well making it difficult for us to get what we needed on time. We were only four people at the moment. Our bill wasn't brought to us on time so hubby went to hostess to get it. He was given a bill and then our server approaches her with a different bill that included tip as if we were 6 or more people. If it was because he was the one that mixed our drinks, then I didn't know that we had a service charge for that....never again ordering a mixed drink there or even going there again. Very disappointed!
I’ve been there twice and love it. Order the top shelf margarita and have a designated driver. LOL Not kidding. The food is delicious and portions generous. Next time I’m trying the fish, whatever is fresh and grilled. I’ll let you know.
Love the restaurant food was delicious and it was a lot of food we had to get a carry out and we had enough for supper. The service was awesome I would recommend this place with 5 stars.
I am going to share this experience with my viewers about this seafood restaurant called ciros the wiaters are excellent at attending our needs as for drinks and orders the fish and shrimp are excellent good tasting and cooked very well I will return to this restaurant again to have another dinner for now I like real to know that it is a nice place and respectful towards customers I recommend it highly.
