This CICI’s is not what it used to be. No variety on the pizza selection anymore. Salad looked like it was old and the soup was just broth. Only 5 pizza trays on the buffet, and the wings were horrible. You request for a personal pizza only for them to say it’s on the buffet. Well, I don’t want cold and old looking pizza either…the pizza was also soggy like it wasn’t cooked right. So disappointed.
We were going to sit in the front area of the dining room when an employee that was cleaning & sweeping waved us off& didn't say a single word to us either, to go to the other side of the room since she apparently was trying to close off the area, there was no signs to indicate the area was closed off to begin with, and we did move to the back dining area. But who closes off a dining area at 7pm when you got customers coming in and you don't close the restaurant until 9???
We enjoy our food all time. Servers as great even the managers. They greet you and take your pizza order and get it done correctly. The only thing I don't like are RR. They need to get remodeled or kept up.
I'm visiting in Westlaco, TX, and stopped at Cici's for pizza. The Restrauant was very clean, well stocked with real silverware, and condiments! Service was excellent and friendly. The pizza serving area had just about any kind you would desire, as well as deserts.Beverage area was well stocked, and clean. Pizza and desert's were hot, and tasteful!
I asked for a hawaiian style pizza I got 1 delicious and quick...did i mention dessert was AMAZING.......YUM YUM
Had to wait for some pizzas. Staff working as good as can be to get pizzas out. Great pricing. Friendly staff.
I got an email from cicis at Weslco saying to ask for cupping pizza at the buffet. So of course I asked and they told me they only do the ultimate for carry out. I said well I’m not asking for the ultimate I’m asking for the cupping. Finally I showed them the email. They had an attitude and the manager said well do it. Then I hear this obnoxious yell ultimate pizza on the buffet! Of course we went to get some but that’s not the pizza I asked for and they didn’t even get my name it was a request I was ordering for me and my husband. We come here all the time it seems that curtain employees have a problem when request are made. There not up to date with promotions or request. To treat a customer rude and as if the customer doesn’t know what they are talking about it’s bad for the business. I will still come back because this is my local place and I don’t have a problem with curtain associates. FYI they finally brought us a pizza but it was ultimate which has two types of pepperoni not one. I order the cupping which only has cupping not the ultimate. I hope someone takes the time to read this because this is the worse experience ever.
Food was ok, cleanliness wasn't all there but it was rush and it's always busy there. The lady that was trying to clean and sanitize was nice.
Cinimon rolls, omg I am in heaven when I eat them. The pizza is good, so much better than where I live, brownsville cicis needs to upgrade.
I ventured to this fine establishment during the hours of lunch. The patrons of Cici's were very accommodating. Their buffet consisted of a wide variety of gourmet Italian cuisine and appetizing dessert. 5/5 would recommend to all of my accomplices.
