Awesome service great food delicious as always
Went during lunch and sat at the bar....the bartender was super nice and friendly but wish they hadn't overwhelmed her....she had a bunch of tables and a big party of 10 people so we hardly got paid attention to....our appetizer was never brought to us and our food had arrived....I had to ask the runner that brought our food if we could please have our appetizer....and again the bartender was busy with the big party so I had to ask the manager to bring me a tea.....food was great but like I said the hostess shouldn't have overwhelmed the bartender or she should've given the server the party so she could attend to the guests at the bar.
I visited your restaurant on 4/15/2022 with my family of 7, we were seated and attended by a waitress and our drinks were taken. Some alcoholic and some not. My aunt ordered her son who is 19 a beer which (In Texas, a minor may possess an alcoholic beverage if the minor is in the visible presence of his adult parent, guardian, or spouse. Tex. Alco. Bev. Code Ann. § 106.0) supports and I recognize now that this does not have to be followed by your organization, which is absolutely fine with me. The problem starts when your waitress comes to us and explains that policy and removed the beverage, doesn't offer to bring anything as a substitute, after that we get ghosted, entirely. Not sure why or what buy we just got ignored the rest of the time. Problem number two, I finish my beer, our food war brough by someone else and I am waiting for our waitress to come back for a drink refill, but NOPE nothing. After I finished my entire meal (that's how much time went by), I got up to go ask the waitress who never came back to attend us after she took the beer away. Upon asking kindly if I could please have a beer I was told that our table was no longer able to get any more alcohol, again I kindly said I was not aware of that because that had nothing to do with me particularly, I was told it was policy, again that is fine with me. I asked why that wasn't told to us and why they wouldn't have brought us at least a water or asked if we wanted anything as a substitute, no one could answer a simple question. I was told I should have known your policies (that I have never see posted if they are on alcohol). Your manager got involved, nice guy, he took over and got everything handled. I have to say that this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life and sadly my family was with me and had to see this happen along with our kids asking why we were being ignored. Really terrible.

Amazing customer service from Matthew R. We never had an empty cup, was always on point and the order came out perfect!! Restroom could use a clean up on the male section, other then that it was an amazing time!!
Service was bad, I waited 30 minutes and no one ever came to take my order nor did anyone ask if I needed anything. The group of three that sat next to me got there after me and got their food. I kept looking at the server and she didn't even look my way. She made contact with three other tables near me to ask if everything was alright. I just got up and left. Never going back to the the weslaco chill's again.
Im not a fan of this type of restaurants because of all the loud noise but today was a bday celebration and it was alright. I love the shrimp cajun pasta and my fav the loaded potato soup! ? I think I definitely would go back!!! ?
Good food and fair prices. Nice menu selection. Pleasant staff. Fast service.
Clean, very good and quick service, excellent food. Very crowded on a Sunday evening and parking lot was full. Parking is very tight. Few staff or patrons mask or have regard for virus protection in this establishment.
Worst looking burger! The top bread was all crushed!
