They pack you like sardines to pick up food and don’t let their poor workers even take your order in peace before rushing them to move cars forward, only to have to wait for your order for the exact same amount of time anyway. Not to mention making cars get super close to each other in a new “makeshift lane” it’s orange cones (a worker literally told me to get inches away from the vehicle in front of me, I asked “you want me to move inches forward? I am right behind him, and she said “yes ma’am a little more.”) beyond annoyed. They have the workers weaving between a bunch of cars for what? Putting people at risk and annoying your customers just so I could get my chicken sandwich approximately 30 seconds sooner is just not right. I hope that was a trial run, no other chick fil a in the valley is that desperate for speedy service that they would cause that giant mess.

I really like Chil-fil-A but the Weslaco location drive thru employees really make me feel unwelcome. I understand that they are busy but don't rush a customer while they are trying to give you the order. As I was placing the order the employee was rushing by giving me the total like if I was done with the order. So unprofessional, and when I'm finally done he snatches card out of my hand. It was an awkward experience. Has me thinking about not returning to this location again.

I had given it before 5 stars because it has a great taste, but its been 2 incidents where they got the order wrong 3 times. And today it took 15 mins to get a #1 biscuit for breakfast, i ran late to my work. When it usually takes 5 mins the most on waiting. My job is like 3 mins away, maybe they were running behind schedule, but should had mentioned it and i could had decided to leave instead of waiting 15 mins. Gave me potato wedges instead of the hashbrowns, another thing they should had mentioned as well. Not happy with the current service

We went today to pickup 3 orders, Chicken & Fries and two side salads. We requested Ketchup and the normal stuff with an Order. After waiting for several minutes order arrived only to find cold, soggy fries and no Ketchup and no Forks for salad. Chicken was also cold and soggy. I would avoid this particular restaurant unless you wand bad food and bad service. You can go to Canes next door, better food and service.

So quick in drive thru, this store has been slow in past. Lots of cars today at 4:30 pm, but plenty of staff had us out in less than 5 minutes and back on road! WTG, staff!

I’ve never given a bad review on Chick-fil-A but this place is unacceptable for a Chick-fil-A! First time to this location and won’t be back if I can help it. Food was meh. No salt of fries, salad was wilty, and wrap tasted old. They didn’t give us our fries with our meal and had to wait a decent amount of time to get them and when asking for a drink refill she spilled it everywhere and knew but didn’t care to get me napkins (which they don’t have out on display). Also no paper towels in the bathroom. Poor customer service and management here.

I have never ever been disappointed with Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered through the app and arrived at the store when my food was ready. I checked in waiting for five minutes and still no one came outside to bring me my food. I had to walk in to get my order. I didn’t mind walking in but the reason I ordered through the app was because I was in a hurry. When I got my food it was just sitting on the counter. I told the employee that I have been waiting outside and then my food was cold and he had nothing to say. I told him how disappointed I was and he just gave me a blank sister with no apology. They were not even busy. Get it together!

Very disappointed in not just this restaurant but also the very indifferent and insensitive manager, Frida. The order was incomplete, missing both salad dressings and a medium fry. It was upsetting to get back to work after driving 30 minutes to pick up food and be missing these items especially since they had been paid for and were not rewards. The manager, however was apathetic and refused to listen to our concerns. Didn't even ask for a refund, just wanted to address the carelessness and lack of concern. Date visited was 02/02/2022
