I was missing one burger from my order and the sweet tea was not sweet at all. The teas had the contents of the tea bags floating on top of the drink. Also, I tried calling the location several times, and there was no response.
Order a whopper melt and instead recieved a cold regular whopper with soggy fries. Never again will I recommend this place to anyone
For starters, 0 out of the few times I've been at this location in the last few months has the ice cream machine EVER actually had ice cream. This last visit is the reason I will not be going back ever again. Of course I ordered a milkshake and the whopper meal for 2 deal. After paying, getting to the window, I find out there's no ice cream. They told me to contact customer service for a refund, as if I'm going to go through all the headache for $3.49+ tax. So I asked them to replace it with a desert, which they trade for a Hersheys pie $2.39+ tax. Fine, but then I get home and get ready to eat only to find that they completely got my burger customizations wrong! I asked for a slice of cheese and bacon on both as well as light mayo & ketchup. They forgot my cheese and bacon for both burgers but didn't forget to charge me for the extras. Will not be going back, 0/10 recommend since they've managed to get every order wrong the last few times.
I give this place no stars if I could ... I'm so disappointment with this store I went at 7.30am to order food I was in the drive thur for 20 minutes and no one answered me till I drove forward I see employs just standing around joking around ... then some one saw me all they did give signs that they were close , where they couldn't even go the window to apologize of the inconvenience ... I'm never here again...
I dont understand why this location always has some employees with the worst attitude. And when you order they give you whatever they want lol I mean I am paying for my meal its not free. I also asked about the mozarella sticks if they make them crunchy or if they are soft seemed to be a very difficult question for the girl taking my order.
Everytime I go they don't have the CH'KING burger available. Bummer! ? And that cashier is always with that attitude.
Rude service and a cold Burger no one answers a phone I'm thinking the phone's not even connected what to do

Imagine driving 15 minutes to order when you hardly ever go to Burger King. To find a RUDE person taking your order at the drive thru. It wasn’t that busy where you can say like oh maybe she’s overwhelmed. I got my order A whopper for my self and nuggets for my daughter! I drive home 15 minutes to realize that my daughters nuggets are not in the bag. $1.50 nuggets! I am even laughing at this out of frustration. Called like 5 times and no answer. Drove all the way back got off but no one opened the door I knocked a couple of times. I said okay I guess I have to get in line again. Just to realize that the person that took my order was the manager I’m charge wow! Nonetheless no apology or not even a thank you both time I went. This is ridiculous. Horrible customer service!
Fries cooked in old oil, sandwiches basically slapped together. Big fish was rather small.
