It's been awhile since I've come to a buffalo wild wings.But after today I'll definitely not be coming back again for awhile. I ordered the cheese curd burger (was very very dry.)Paid 9 dollars for an "old fashioned" that ended up coming with regular ice cubes.(Poorly made and watered down quickly.)The only thing about this meal that was impressive was the appetizer."dirty dub tots."Not worth the money spent.
This is the second time we have come to buffalos and both times we have had Losey service. This time did it for me.. crystal has no customer service skills. First i get why our drinks couldn't be ordered but then to give us a hard time when ordering our food by arguing that Mac and cheese could not be subed but if she would have listened we wanted to add it as a side. Our fried pickles weren't even cooked all the way and when I said something she just looked at me and walked away. Our food came out in phases. Which I thought was unacceptable. We waited for my daughters chicken sandwich for 10 minutes after all the others ate..so bad. Her Mac and cheese was cold when it was served as well. Drinks sat empty on the table. This girl couldn't even handle coming back to check on us. 2 minute rule sorry ex waitress here so I know this is how they make there money. We will probably not be coming back. Because this was 2 times not 1 not just something small but sorry we spent $90 for Losey service. Maybe your staff should slow down and remember why they work in this industry!!! I definitely wouldn't even give 1 star but it makes you put something ?
Came to celebrate my birthday here, the burger was so delicious! Got free wings with the rewards app. Couldn't leave with out dessert, we got the ice cream with buñuelos, it was pretty good. The service was great, waiter was attentive to us and brought us refills as we needed. The chicken tenders took a little bit longer but were worth the wait! We will definitely be back soon! Thank you
Staff is super friendly. Best place to watch the game and enjoy great food. Management is always around to assist in making sure every guest leaves with a great experience!!

The place was filthy. Dried food on the seats. 2/3rds of a cigarette on the floor in the restaurant! The waitstaff did nothing to clean up.They would rather stand around and talk to each other than do what they are getting paid for.Management does nothing.
Susana the server is so amazing. She was super kind and always ask if we needed anything. If the restaurant had employee of the month, she definitely deserves it. I would come again.
Had a bad experience last week with the service, however Mia made up for it. Amazing service
