Restaurant was moderately busy.My server didn’t seem fully busy….saw her talking with other servers about 5 times during my 2 1/2 hour dinner.She got my drink wrong, took her over 1/2 hour to acknowledge me that I needed another drink. Once she brought it, she didn’t comeback to offer me a refill.Food was great. Had one of those chicken bowls….delicious.
My Fiesta Lime chicken was delicious! My R&B Margarita was delicious as well. We also had artichoke and spinach dip with chips!
Our waiter Tony was amazing. He really made us feel at home. He recommended dishes/ appetizers and was always available when we needed him. The cook/cooks that prepped my prime rib dipper for sure know what they're doing ?. Last time I visited an Applebee's was 16 years ago, after last night's visit I plan on stopping by weekly. ?
I helped open 3 Applebee's in Minnesota back when they started Bar top needs to be refinished stainless equipment behind bar needs to be cleaned what happened to Applebee's standards of upkeep bar tender was great busy and answer your phones
8oz sirloin, awesome loaded mashed potatos steamed broccoli...it was delicious...highly recommend this place
Servers were friendly, however wasn't able to answer questions on the drinksHe said he was new and learning. Bartenders took a while (30 min) to get our drinks. We were a group of 4 people, 3 people ordered the same drink ? . Floors/carpet were not clean, looked dirty and dingy.
If you want to wait 30 mins before you’re seated in order to wait another 30 mins before a waiter comes to your table then this is the place. Yes they have cheap drinks yes the food is ok. But that’s it you’ll step into a college/ bar environment for something that should be a restaurant. Waiters wear pull over hoodies and jackets to hide that they are waiters and never check up on you. Would rate one star but food and drinks were ok so got an extra star for that. My guess here is that management is to friendly with staff and they basically do what they please
I got sat down and never got to speak to a waiter to order at all. I waited 15 minutes and meanwhile another family is escorted to their table and are immediately catered to by a waitress. I asked two employees at separate time if there was a waiter/waitresses on the way but they dismissed me. After about 20 minutes I left and sadly my autistic brother’s birthday had to be celebrated at his second favorite restaurant (now first)
-0 star rating. Travelled from Dallas to visit family and invited them to dinner. There was no one by entrance area to greet us, so I flagged someone down. Waitress took us to a table and said she was going to go get our waiter, waited 10 mins and stopped another waitress going by whom said she was gonna go find our waiter. At 20 minutes after with NO waiter/waitress coming by our table we decided to leave and take our party of 6 elsewhere. Their loss, as retired military served 20 years I like to leave GOOD TIP$$. My wife is also a veteran, this is her hometown and we DO NOT PLAN TO RETURN to this establishment. Manager was not even available. DFW area has much better service and know how to treat/respect our military community.
Man oh man, the service was absolutely the worst!! I was just trying to have a nice time with the girlfriend and we never got service offered to us!!! I asked and asked but no server came to us but meanwhile servers came to white people who were sat down immediately?!!!? This place must be racist man
