order two burgers & they forgot to put the patties on thr burger smh! I had to go back ?....they were nice & remade them but it was an inconvenience.
I FINALLY had Whataburger for the first time in my life. LET ME TELL YOU..... Travelers, it's a little pricey, but OH SO WORTH IT!!! They have a Dr. Pepper Shake, get it while you can, and they have a burger on the menu to match most any taste!!
The WORST whataburger I’ve ever in my life gone to. Every single order is wrong people line up inside to get what they actually asked for from the drive thru. They are extremely slow and it almost feels like it’s on purpose. They stand around and laugh/joke while taking orders and then say “huh?! What you say?!” Full of rude people. Drive thru is at least 20/30min wait EVEN WHEN U ARE THE ONLY ONE IN LINE. I don’t even want to give them 1 star it’s horrible.
Efficiency seemed to be addressed with person at order box taking orders. Unfortunately, every specific request made was ignored or not entered correctly; all burgers came with onion, got a shake instead of a sprite, and sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. So disappointed!
As I was ordering my food the lady got a phone call on her personal cell phone. She had the audacity to cut me off and step away to answer her personal phone. As I got to the window to get my food I had to repeat the drinks 3 times to the lady. After everything was done the drinks were still wrong and I told both ladies I want spicy ketchup and they gave me regular. Ever since this corp has been bought out by chicago, it's going down hill fast.
I live so close to this Whataburger and the line is always around the block. It just seems to take forever to get the food out. The staff is great, polite, and you can tell they are doing their best. I just don't have the time to sit in line for 20 minutes with a baby in the car waiting on a burger. The food is good and I've never had any problems with anything missing, but I have had to jump our of the line because it hadn't moved in over 5 minutes. Maybe that's not enough time, but when I want fast food, I don't go here.
1st time trying out Whataburger, was pretty disappointed with burger taste-wise. Fries were also limp. This store's performance was very good however. (Maybe an off day for the kitchen staff?)
As much as I love Whataburger, and will fight anyone who says anything bad about this company.. It pains me to say this particular location is the absolute worst of the worst. This is the most convenient location for me to use, so I frequent this location often. Every time I come here, there are at least 1 or 2 cars that jump out of line because the wait is so absurd. Late at night without any customers inside, drive through should be running at optimal speed.. This is not the case. I genuinely hope the area regional manager reads these reviews, and seeks to correct the problem here. I will change when I see improvement.
It was a busy so the food was ready 20 min late of the time window set in the app; but they were making a good effort to continue things moving along by getting our drinks while waiting. Needs a good cleaning - floors were dirty - which makes you feel that what you can't see may be worse. Food was great.
Delicious. Gonna miss this stop after we get home.
