Very good food, I can say that is the best in the area and I’m happy that is close to where I live because I used to drive all the way to Pasadena to get good Mexican food, not anymore.

I’ve eaten at this place multiple times, and originally I was amazed at the quality of the food. I also loved the price of the food and really felt as if you got your money’s worth. At my recent visit it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. There was so much confusion with the cashier who took my order, he didn’t order things we asked for and did order things we didn’t ask for. Horrible Customer Service! I ordered 8 Tacos along with a few other items today through Uber Eats. I requested refried beans to be added to the tacos in the “notes” section of the order form as there is no option to select when ordering. After driving back up to the restaurant, we were told that it was our fault that we didn’t get beans because we “didn’t order correctly” and didn’t pay extra for the beans. I would’ve been more than happy to pay the difference and be done but the staff felt it was necessary to blame us for something that we have no control over. I wish this was the first time we’ve had issues with Krave but it isn’t the case. As great as the food is I will not being returning simply for the terrible customer service.
