It’s sad how the owners of this restaurant don’t give the same respect as the clients do and lose clients due to something we should all have: respect for people. The same people who responds to the reviews are saying they’ll improve their service however it never changes since the managers are the owners. The 2 ladies truly need customer service training or at least have manners. Will never come back & wouldn’t recommend.
We’ve been going for years & we thought we would catch the staff in a bad mood. They get annoyed when you ask for sugar or napkins. I always get a spice level 2 but they must’ve put too much & when I asked politely if they could fix it she said “now you know how much spice you can handle, next time don’t do that” in a rude way. I never expect excellent service however they should at least have respect for ppl/manners. They always respond to bad reviews saying that it was the past owners however they’ve been saying that since 2015 & always blame it on the part-timers. Even though the two ladies (one old and other middle aged) are the ones always there. Mediocre food I recommend Thai cottage or Thai spice in pearland instead. Not the ppl you would like to give business to, I don’t understand how they can be so bitter to people.
Excellent food. Very inexpensive. One of the restaurant in the Clear Lake Area that I highly recommend without any hesitation.The Tom Kha Gai is heavenly. Veggies and seafood are good.
The to-go wait wasn't a long wait and the portion size was good for lunch, the food was also fresh and delicious.
My lunch was such a disappointment. I had high hopes for a delicious meal. I ordered E12 charcoal pork and spring rolls. My food had no flavor besides the dipping sauce which I think the spring rolls and the pork used the same sauce. The pork came with brown rice and that was repulsive and inedible. It taste like it was cooked with dirty dish water or a moldy smelling rag. It was gross. I could live with bland flavorless pork but the rice pushed it over the point where I had to say something.
I ordered the yellow curry and pad kee mao, level 3, both were delicious. Ordered my food for pick up and it was ready in 20-25 minutes as promised. The girl who rang me out was super nice. No complaints here ?
AMAZING. This place is so good. I always get the yellow curry and literally crave it sometimes. The staff here also remembers us and our order every time. It’s def a vibe. 10/10 would recommend.
Just ate lunch there today with my Sunday school and definitely not going back. Ordered the Royal Dumplings and there were several pieces of a hard substance...bone?...in one of them. The soup was just ok. We told the server twice we wanted separate checks but she messed up that so took an extra 45 minutes to get checked out! Then I went to the restroom only to find no toilet tissue!!! What an unpleasant experience! NEVER AGAIN!!
Ordered the Summer Palace. Food was yummy - lots of flavor but wait time was ridiculous. Staff was nice and apologetic.
Tried the red curry with chicken. Taste was good. Not the best I had, but good. Service could have been little more friendly.
