The short lady with the ponytail is always mean and rude to the new hires. You can tell they are frustrated and trying to stay respectful.
They said they dont do BLTs anymore and if i wanted one it would be over $10 for a simple BLT footlong. Ridiculous
I ordered the steak AND cheese protein bowl and got charged an extra $1.50 for the cheese!!?? Wow! If the cheese I chose was extra, she could have told me! And then she didn't even fill the steak container but half full!? she also acted like she was annoyed even taking my order!!
The people here obviously dont like their jobs and dont care if your food is edible or not, dont waste you time or money.
I’ve ordered from this subway for a while, and it’s usually clean and the staff are nice. And they all follow my instructions to how I’d like my sandwich. But why are we locking the doors 30 minutes before closing time? That’s very misleading and I wasted gas to get here. And this wasn’t a COVID close. They have closed at 9:00pm on their door. I showed up at 8:30 and the door is locked.

Got the oven roasted chicken sandwich... it was alright. Staff were friendly and the dining area was clean.
12 inch Double meat double cheese BMT, cut in 1/2, great for two meals.
Lady was very impatient, disrespectful and sighing constantly.
