I had a horrible experience here. I went at around 8 pm and their was a girl working that was very rude. I ordered a footlong meal and instead of ringing that in she tried to ring in everything separately and was upset that I insisted that I get the meal instead of paying for everything separately. Whatever ur name is, if you see this you work in customer service and have no right to get upset over what the customer wants to order just because you don't want to delete something

Great Place

I would give zero stars if it would let me!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY!. They will rip you off every time. No one will even talk to you about your horrible experience. Or respond to emails or online contacts. SUBWAY SUCKS!!. No wonder they all are over the news trying to save customers.... how bout provide a good product...They can rebrand or whatever they want but until they actually will deal with complaints from paying customers..... DON'T waste your hard earned money here. I wish the owner would actually respond. This is not the first complaint I've had. Shame on me for going back.

The people was so nice

Customer service was ok. No matter what Subway..bread doesnt seem fresh and its just dry sandwhich.

The door posts hours such as until 9:30 PM on a day like today which is a Wednesday. I pull up, and the open sign is on and I see two employees inside cleaning. I also see somebody sitting outside, clearly waiting for one of their family members or friends to get off of work. I already know that I’m going to be turned away because I read the reviews and lo and behold I open the door and one of the employees comes running and screaming “were closed.“ I had hoped for better service than what was indicated on these reviews but it appears that the labor shortage is still forcing people to employee subpar individuals. Does the general manager know that their closing crew leaves early? Does the district manager know? I think it’s a huge insult to make my way down to a restaurant 30 minutes before they close to be told no.

Apparently this was not the Subway to go to after reading the reviews. I wish I would have checked the reviews because most of them are what I experienced in one visit. I mean you have 2 jobs: make a good sandwich and be customer service representative. The guy Alex (if thats his name) was very agitated and annoyed at anything I asked and I only asked about the new stuff because young boy you work here. So then I'm paying Brittney who was very mild-mannered and he comes and for some reason is packing my sandwich and he keeps pushing down on it. I say please stop doing that, why are you doing that and he hands me my sandwich and walks away. Ok, so we leave and I get inside the car, the sandwich looks nothing like a melt, just an extra warmed up bun, he didn't put any sauce on it, and they were already out of a lot of stuff so you didn't have many options to get the sandwich how you wanted it in the first place. So I go back in and try to explain it to him, and he doesn't even give me a chance to talk and so i say ok so just give me my money back and apparently he was in charge but has brittney try to do it and can't figure out how. It's a pretty incompetent place, but apparently there are a lot of bad reviews and the manager is doing nothing about it, so i would just say just don't go if you don't want to feel cheated and like you wasted your time on a bad sandwich and bad customer service.

Girl making sandwiches had poor attitude and could not follow simple and polite instructions, ordered double meat and got half of what I usually order, worst sandwich I have ever gotten from a Subway

Food was good as service was alright

Garbage service they didn't follow our online order and made the incorrect sandwhiches.
