It’s truly sad to say that I even allowed myself to come to this location on 3 separate occasions to be disappointed with their services and their products. From the girls gossiping and being incredibly rude to me, to simple instructions not being followed let alone acknowledged. The drink placed did not have the milk option I chose or cinnamon powder. Super simple. This is the second time this has happened. I asked for the cinnamon powder and she went to put some in the cup and there was no cinnamon powder even to pour out. She laughed and I thought she was going in the back to get more and she didn’t. I actually waited there and she laughed with the other gal as to why I was still standing there. I felt so uncomfortable. I didn’t know Starbucks allowed their customers to feel bullied. Everytime I go there there’s no customer service, the drinks are made incorrectly and if I and were to ask for a correction I felt as if I was in the wrong. I called the manager on one occasion where these girls proceeded to call me BASIC as I was waiting for my order. When I brought this up to him he agreed that it was in appropriate and didn’t know they were talking about me. He tried to make it right by offering a few free beverages. I declined. All I ask is for peace and respect which is what I give but never receive at this location. I will be calling corporate and I plan to email the recorded phone call I placed with this gentlemen.
Chi Tea Latte. I guess that is how you spell it. I went there nearly everyday when I lived in Webster.
Staff is hard working, friendly and amazing. Its the reason I go back over and over. Chris in the drive thru is so nice and greets everyone with a smile. This is a great team and I thank them all for there excellent service. Says alot about the management there.
Black Rock Coffee Bar is far better for same prices. I don't support Starbucks anymore. Their politics get in the way of their business.
Whoever is making the drinks at 3 pm here at this location is under qualified and don’t know how to make drinks. Please train your employees properly. I’m very disappointed to pay 5$ for coffee and taste bad.
Both the person who took the order (Victor) and the person who delivered the order (Andrew) were very personable and friendly. Starbucks will always be a favorite but it's the people who run it that make you want to go back to a particular site.
I stopped by on my way to work to pick up a pumpkin spice cold brew and a peach green tea. Both drinks were horrible. Apparently, the cold brew canister was malfunctioning and I received the nastiest Starbucks drink ever. I also asked that my tea be lightly sweetened and it tasted like extra sweetener was added. I have tried several times to give this location an opportunity to get it right. It seems they can't. Avoid this location.
