First time at this location. Very friendly staff. Now the space is huge, you wouldn't think so driving by but I was surprised going in. Today was a hot day so iced milk expresso was needed and after my 2 hours meeting, water to go! You have many choices of seating inside and patio as well so if you are in the area and you are not acquainted (like I was), go by and say hello, get a drink and a pastry... you know you wanna!
When asking to have drinks corrected associate on bar was very rude and dismissive. She wanted to talk down to my partner who works at Starbucks as well and knows how a shaken espresso is supposed to be made. And then shift lead was very rude as well.
There’s a lot of places to sit which is nice.For some reason they are out of a lot of things and the straws/coffee condiments are non existent.I gave it a four instead of a five because again - no coffee straws, sugar, etc. yes, I know why they have take. Their supplies away, but the napkins are still in full display - because everyone knows those are immune to the C.
Super awesome staff. Not all, snobby or stand offish if you have questions or look puzzled. Friendly and welcoming to anyone at all hours of their shifts. It was a delight to be a star her there?? lol great energy and great work peeps! Keep it up! Nice and clean and good, laid back environment. Thank you

My husband and I stopped at this location on 02/01/2022. I ordered a sugar cookie frappe, they did not have it available. They offered us a free frappe of my choice. We appreciate the offer and accepted. I had just had full dental extraction and really wanted a frozen frappe with extra whip!!! It was delicious and made me feel much happier. Thank you again Starbucks on El Dorado Blvd!
I ordered a peach tranquility tea in the drive through. I was handed basically water, with melted ice in it. I went inside to get it fixed. Again, I was pretty much handed water and waited for 5 minutes. I was offered a different tea, which wasn't good either and seemed premixed. I just left because I was irritated. These guys need to get it together. I won't be coming back to this location again.

Walked in and ordered an iced coffee and a short girl with black hair was so rude, the cashier with blonde hair was also rude, they also got my order wrong and seemed like they were just playing around. Never again
