My experience at sonic was o.k. they forget my tator test gave them my baby, they did not give me fries,
Haven't been to Sonic in a long time. Thought we'd give it a try. Parked in a stall to do the order and the order taker repeatedly got the order wrong. It was almost like he wasn't understanding and I speak very clearly when I talk as well. After continuously not getting the order right almost to the point of arguing we left disappointed. Something about Sonic in this area. Just don't get it.
There should be a negative star rating for reviews, the reason being that it doesn’t take a total of 25-30 minutes to make a supersonic cheeseburger, a cheese coney, and a medium Reese blast. And whoever was running the shift new to not give me my receipt. knowing full well I was going to call or give a bad review on the wait time on my order. They probably had everything shutdown ahead of time trying to get out early when they had a full hour left to go until 12pm midnight. Highly disappointed in the wait time on short a small 2 item order..
Love the food here. Wish they could package their hotdogs different. The foil pack makes the bun get soggy.
It was great food and the management team was very helpful when I asked questions about certain items. Very knowledgeable.
Little sad that the worker shortage has made this Sonic location so slow.. But also saw alot of workers walking around like they didn't know what to do. I first tried the drive thru but never got an answer, went around to a spot and tried again, 10 mins later, I finally get my drink order in.. Wait another 15 mins for a medium sprite with cranberry.. Only saw two other orders come out and 3 cars pass thru the drive thru..
I really liked this sonic,the food tasted like it should crispy tots and the hot dogs were delicious!
Slow to answer for orders and slower to get the food but always hot and always fresh made .
Fast for being a sonic, which if you know sonic, you understand it can take some time to get your meal.
We went to this Sonic at night through the drive-thru and sat at the menu/speaker for about 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to help us with our order. There was no sign saying to just drive up to order or that the speaker system was not working. We saw an employee at the window and they did not wave for us to drive forward so we continued to wait. Eventually we drove up and the employee did not apologize for the confusion and they ended up being out of the drink we wanted so we left with nothing.
