Hispanic male evening manager is absolutely awful and unprofessional. I came to the drive thru for a door dash order. When I got to the menu, I waited for someone to say something but no one ever did. I drove up to the window to pick up the order and the manager aggressively stated “No! When you come to pick up and order you WAIT for someone to answer you!” I told him I had already waited for someone but no one answered. Not trying to inconvenience our dash customer, I decided to play along and go through the drive through again and waited for someone to answer. When he did, I told him that I was there to pick up the order for ____. He then replied “Are you the dasher that’s just came through!? I refuse to serve you!” He was aggressive the moment I saw him but it infuriated him when I told him I waited the first time. I asked to speak to a manager and he stated he was the manager. What a terrible example of leadership. I’d be so embarrassed to have him run my company. Sonic would be better off with one of those high school kids managing the place.

Went there tonight to pick up an order for an unnamed delivery company, and after quite a long wait I went up to the door and knocked to show the person inside the order on my phone. He promptly gave me the middle finger and dismissed me with a wave of his hand. Had to cancel the order for my customer and left. If the employees behave like this can you imagine what they might do to your food? I would avoid this location at all costs.

I literally only come because drinks are 1/2 price all day in the app so why not ??‍♂️.Came in to attempt to pick up my order. I pulled into THREE stalls (one of them designated for handicapped customers) and they were not functioning. One, I could totally understand. But three including a handicapped stall? That's beyond an oversight. I told the carhop and while yes, that's probably a manager's responsibility, she didn't seem shocked so that tells me it's not an urgent matter to the operators.UPDATE:Just don't go!My last experience completely solidified my decision to never return to this location. Quality customer service is just not a thing here! I totally understand that the job can be frustrating, but that's part of the job. Either coach your employees to handle challenging interactions better or suggest they find a different line of work. If the manager can't recognize that need then they too should find a different line of work. If zero stars existed as an option that would be my rating for the numerous poor quality experiences I've had with the staff at this location.

This was the worst experience; a female Hispanic woman came on the intercom and told me she would be right back to take our order and NEVER did. I had to catch a car hop to place an order as he came out to bring someone else's order (whom pulled up after I did and ordered)!!!That really perturbed me and to top it off when we finally got our order...2 lemon berry slush, I ocean water slush, mini oreo blast and an order of mozzarella stick...it was HORRIBLY WRONG. So, now here I go another longggg wait. Idk what has happened since the Pandemic but the this location SUCKS and it use to be my favorite!!! ? ?

This place used to be great. I don’t know what happened. I’m not so sure anymore. Service today was horrendous. Over twenty minute wait. The drive-thru attendant was very rude and unprofessional. I decided to leave because I didn’t feel like waiting another twenty minutes. What happened to this place? I don’t mean to be a Karen, but I think it’s time to call corporate.

Third time this has happened. I called the second time and said this is not the medium sized popcorn chicken it’s the small . The manager said is it the same size as the French fries box ? I said YES , it’s the same size as my kids kids meal French fry container. He said yes that’s the small. I stated this is the second time I’ve been given a small. I’ve been coming here for years and the medium was never this tiny. Fast forward to tonight , As you can see from the first two pictures , I asked before I pulled away “ this is your MEDIUM popcorn chicken ?” He says yes I stated that’s not what the manager on the phone told me but okay. It’s literally the size of the MINI Reece’s blast ! And look at how EMPTY the the Reese’s blast is! Ridiculous they couldn’t even fill it to the RIM ! This was the third time in a row and won’t be back . Thats crazy for $10.

The location had no other customers at the time of this event. Pulled up to a stall, pressed the red button and waited 15 minutes and never got to place my order. Went to the drive through and waited 5 minutes before someone came on the speaker with a “Whatchu want?” And I placed my order, then went to pay, the lady at the window shoved the drink at me then almost threw my food at me a few minutes later. Afterwards I decided to pull into another stall to check my food and the tater tots were missing. I sat at a stall for 10 minutes before going back to the drive through. The lady did not want to give me my tater tots because I did not have a receipt that she refused to give me my first time around. After explaining my exact order and time I went through she said “Whatever, pull forward.” To which she threw the bag with the tater tots in it into my car and said “have a good one.” In a fairly sarcastic tone. The food was burnt and what wasn’t was terrible. The tater tots definitely taste like they were tampered with before being given to me, I do not feel comfortable eating them in case they were. I feel that this is a major issue that will need to be raised with the health department.This is all very saddening because sonic is one of my go to fast food places but this location amazes me that it is still in business if this is how the employees act and treat customers. I can’t justify ever returning to this location and advise everyone to steer clear, there’s plenty of other places nearby that won’t treat you this terribly.

Neither mine or my son in laws orders were correct, (except drinks). They seemed to be confused. We were at a kiosk 1st and after waiting 10 min someone said go around to drive thru to order. My sil gave order, when she repeated back it was wrong so he said again she repeated right but it wasn't correct when we got home to eat. They are VERY hit & miss! They were very disorganized. Not to sure if we will go back. ?

Came at 10:30 and no ice cream because “I already cleaned and stuff” - manager. Wasn’t taking orders from the stalls, sat there for awhile before we figured that out. Overall lack of caring. Tried to call the store, no answer.
