I didn’t get any of their names but man all five workers were absolutely amazing. Just walking inside and waiting for my smoothie and watching their amazing work ethic. I enjoyed my first experience at the baybrook gateway location.
Went in the afternoon, line went fast. When we ordered the lady was so cheery, took our orders, upsold us on some of her favorite add ins (cinnamon was delightful btw, Thank you!) And our drinks were ready within 2 minutes! Thank yall for making our healthy journey so yummy!
Bad experience! I understand Fridays are the busiest day of the week but that doesn't mean I should get my order wrong not once but twice! All my 3 smoothies were done incorrectly. Water down and melted the first time. I took 1 back to return but they offer to re make it, as always, which they dont ever do right! I got starred at funny by staff for returning and wasting my time and gas for trying to get what i paid for. I always get this smoothie, so im 100% sure it was done wrong! Not sure if is lack of ingredients or some new staff training. I recommened Pasadena location, yes its further but it's better. You won't have to drive back to the location because your smoothie will be done right the first time as it should. I'm stuck with ice smoothies with some color.
The employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. I went in my military uniform and a nice gentleman bought my smoothie for me to thank me for my service. One of the employees thanked me for my service as well. It’s always appreciated very much. ❤️
Good smoothies but don't go when it's busy. They forgot half my order, and reminded them, and they still gave me the wrong drinks. I ordered a large and received a medium, so unless you'd like to waste money, go when it's slow.

How do you manage to make an apple, kiwi, and kale smoothie taste like you did not deliberately added a banana into it? My question, exactly. Also, I've made this kind of smoothie before with my own juicer, and I've never succeeded to make it feel like a mouthful of sugar being shoved down my throat. The late evening staff is phenomenally loud; it takes a special type of person to produce the kind of shrills and cackles that can be heard over a drive-thu speaker.
Every time I go to this location, I get the lean one chocolate with energy and it ALWAYS tastes like iced water with a hint of chocolate! Two days a week I go to another location when I leave the gym and theirs is so delicious. Not sure if at this location they are told to use less product to make it last longer. I keep going back thinking maybe it was just the specific person working, but I’ve determined it’s the location! I’m done!!
