Delicious sandwich! Was my first time eating here and I got the turkey! Basic and classic! Usually I just pick up other people's order but this time,it was MY TIME to eat lol!

Guy that fixed my sandwich was great very engaging would be 5 stars if not for the manager who was at the register at 3:25pm who when I spoke to her didn’t even part her lips to speak neither did she even acknowledge me standing at the register to say hey he’ll take you at the other register. She just let me stand there. But noticed her engaging other customers. Go figure. If not for bro it would be 1 star.
Nasty! Soggy sandwich! Bad staff the white girl with long ponytail has a bad attitude. I asked for specific items on sandwich, and she lied and said she put it on there. I hate this place. Horrible staff! They are not friendly at all. Never coming back.
I’ve been coming here once a month for over 3 years. I never will again. They are always short staffed and the cash registers are frequently broken. Today it took me 40 minutes to get a sandwich, because they prioritise to go orders. It takes less time at a real sit down restaurant.
Just nother sandwich shop. Good food others are better. Some stores have more bread choices, like dark rye. I like the milkshake
I have eaten Potbelly many tines and always enjoyed it. Today, however, I was disappointed. I ordwred sonething i hadnt had before, the skinny Mama's Meatball sandwich and a cup of baked potato soup. The sandwich would have been great if it had more than 1/4 teaspoon of marinara sauce. As it was, it was very dry. The picture shows marinara dripping off all edges....not the case at all with mine.The baked potato soup was very tasty, however, does not come with cheese!! Whoever ate a baked potato without cheese? And every baked potato soup I've ever had anywhere always had cheese. So, there was an option to add bacon (which I did) and cheddar cheese. I assumed that meant additional cheese, because again, who ever heard of a baked potato without cheese?? So I didn't order cheese.The added bacon was not crumbly bits, but very finely shaved, much like prosciutto, and lots of it, so that was a win. But overall, without cheese, was definitely not a win. Sorry.
10 bucks through mobile order for 3 slices of turkey and two slices of thin cut avocado on a dry roll. No condiments or anything. Pretty much worst sandwhich I have ever seen. Shoulda gone to a gas station and gotten the mystery meat sandwhich.
Love this place have great variety of sandwiches & the staff is excellent and don't forget to get dessert
I ordered skinny sandwich and soup combo. Got loaded potato soup, which was just okay. Kinda under seasoned to be honest, but not the worst I've ever had.Sandwich was a wreck. It was tasty. I wanted turkey avocado one but apparently they just ran out of avocados lolCookie was just okay too. Again, not the best, but not the worst either.A great place for a Quick bite for lunch. You can order ahead.
Slow service and out of everything. They make you pay first before they tell you they’re out lol
