Our first time & experience with PokeWorks. We ordered via DoorDash. The food was made 1 hour and 15 minutes ago. DoorDash had an issue with the system and the driver wasn’t assigned correctly. I called the store and Kate assured me that it will all be okay to eat. Will update…
The location is great and the Poke is excellent. I can only speak for the Spicy Ahi and the Yuzu Ponzu Salmon, but both were excellent bases. The large variety of add-ons made for a great variety as well; I seemingly remember adding masago, nori, sesame, seaweed salad, pineapple, roasted garlic, and probably others that slip my mind.
Great staff. Great food quality. Not a terrible price for the amount of food received. Haven't had a bad experience yet and have been many times.
first time trying this food and the place and it was awesome, the food was good and the staff there were amazing. they welcome you very kindly & take care of you & your food with care, the best customer service i have had recently ill make sure to come back to this establishment! thanks to the staff ! definitely recommend.
I walked in and nobody was there to greet me, which made the store look like it did not have employees. The gal who helped me couldn’t give me a definitive price for the regular or large build your own bowl. I never got a receipt and the rice was so underdone it was hard to chew. Very disappointing, very gross, won’t be coming back.
My wife and I love this place! We usually eat here twice a week. However, I can only give a 3 star rating. Everytime we order delivery (which is 50$ everytime), they cannot seem to get our order right. We are very disappointed in the delivery service and following ordering instructions. I hope the consistency will change.
We had salmon and chicken with the works. Never had it before. Very much like sushi ingredients in a bowl. Very tasty. Will try again.
I used to love coming here because of the proximity and the food but was super put off lately because of the service workers attitudes. They had a really rotten attitude during the whole process and tried to argue with me on multiple occasions up until payment.Definitely lost me as a regular customer. Please train your employees better if you want repeat customers because this kind of attitude from service workers is really disappointing from a good chain.
Pike works on BayArea Blvd , Webster, TX. - Service is horrible most of the time. They charge 75 cents for sauce per container and the container has very very little sauce , a tiny pump of sauce. Not sure if they are saving on toppings , the amount put in the bowl is very little , the bowl contains mostly rice When I pay on the App, they try to charge me again at the register. Called the manager to complain and she says that’s normal to put so little toppings and the amount of sauce.
