We arrived at the location around 8 pm and order our food, about 1 hr later we asked for an update on our order. 20 minutes later we had a different waiter come and ask if we had our order yet and we said no. 5 minutes later the original waitress and the manager “Branden” came and the waitress told us that the order never got put it and that they could put it in and would take about 20 minutes. Manager sat behind the waitress never said a single word or apologized about the issue. I told them I just wanted to cancel the order. 30 minutes later and they still hadn’t brought our check, I asked to speak to Branden and he came over and gave some excuse about the tickets, again not apologizing for the wrong doing on THEIR end and then giving us an attitude about it. He was in the back of the restaurant laughing talking on the phone for a good 15 minutes instead of helping the 2 waiters trying to get our check. It is ridiculous the level of unprofessionalism this manager has. I come to this location extremely often and I’ve never dealt with this before. Horrible management skills.
I put them slightly better than Wingstop. The restaurant is nothing like that though. It’s an in between Wingstop and Buffalo wild wings. Lots and lots of TVs tune to ESPN I think. I got 10 wings to go. If you order to go, call ahead with your order or you’ll wait for a while. I think they need to provide more dressing with the wings or just go ahead and charge for it like Wingstop does so you get enough. 10 wings gets one dressing which isn’t enough. One dressing is good for five wings.
Stopped in for lunch today May 21, 2022. I just want to say this location is the very best!! My server was Aniyah and she is amazing!!! It is always a great experience here at the Webster location and the food is always great!!!! Thank each and everyone of you team members for everything you do to make this place a great dinning experience.

Me and my girlfriend's family stop here after the movies. I will say this.. delicious.. wings.. and so many dry rubs and sauces to choose from. Hopefully, definitely I'll be back. I won't be satisfied until I've tried them all. ? for those of you who haven't been. It's a sports bar w/ tons of tvs for ppl who love eating chicken wings. They might have other things to eat. But I have to be honest, once I saw wings. I knew what I was going to order. Great service on top of that too.
Always great food. Wednesday’s are trivia night which is fun! Especially love their Holy Macaroni, nachos and Sweet Tea!Also, the fried Oreos are amazing!
Decent place to get wings. Lots of different styles and flavors to choose from. They run specials throughout the week, like all you can eat wings. The menu has other food besides wings like burgers, sandwiches, salads etc. Every time I have been, I've had really good service.
Got the Philly cheese steak and added grilled mushrooms. The bread to filling ratio was off but, flavor was good. We also had chicken wings and a Bloody Mary which were wonderful.
The service was bit slow. But we had a pretty large party. The food was good. The Dr. Pepper wings are a must.
The most inattentive service I’ve had anywhere in a while.
