Fresh and delicious sea food! Fried calamari is good. Excellent option when you are coming back from the beach.
We enjoyed our business lunch starting with the crawfish and shrimp fondue appetizers which was hot and fresh & the taste was delicious, with a side of garlic bread that just took everything up to the next level, for the main course I had the grilled red snapper with pontchartrain sauce and creamed spinach & it was prepared to perfection with a beautiful presentation and with flavors that wonderfully rich and equally delicious.I definitely recommend this location for your next business luncheons!
Morgan and her bar staff on 6/17/2022 were the worst bar service ever at a Pappa’s establishment. They allowed my drink to be empty for 15 minutes before offering another as well I had to ask for water. My tab was not the total when presented. Also, their attitudes and professional behavior were below mediocre. They were avoiding eye contact with patrons along with giving the minimum service. Also, they attempted to trash my food after I requested to-go box. Morgan did not apologize when she made mistakes - 1. I had to ask for water(it’s hot outside) 2. she presented the new ticket as if I made a mistake and forgot to add an item I ordered from her 3. She did not bring the to-go container requested. The bar help asked if I needed to keep my change, but he did not say anything else before that. The food was good, but the terrible service ruined my meal. I tipped 15% even though it was not deserved. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO SIT AT A TABLE AND NOT THE BAR OR VISIT ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT. How does the prices go up and the service decline drastically.
Pappas in Webster has become one of our "go-to" restaurants since we moved to Texas. Pappas is a huge chain but the quality control of food, cooking and service is over the top. The quality of the food is superb, as is the preparation and the service. We have never had a bad meal here. The prices are on the steep side, but you get what you pay for and I never mind paying top dollar for top quality. We can't recommend it highly enough.
Absolutely amazing appetizer, drinks, main courses and deserts. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures like I normally do but we'll definitely be back. Very impressed with the entire dining experience. Definitely highly recommended!!!Update;Pictures. Amazing food!!!
Tasty and fresh seafood and sauces. The crab cake was similar to Maryland's gigantic ones, but with more filler and no Old Bay seasoning.... still tasty though. The salmon was cooked to a perfection with crispy edges. Yum!!
Convenient location although not scenic. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Fish was cooked perfectly and very flavorful.
I ordered the Salmon Alexander and was pleasantly surprised by how well seasoned it was. Everything about it was delicious. We sat at the bar because of the lengthy wait and was glad we did because the staff was very attentive, frequently cleaned the area, and wore masks. I enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and libations.
Experience at this location was great. Right from the seating staff, server and the chef.It was a weekday and we had reached the restaurant closer to the closing time.The server who waited on us was just a week into this job - but did his best to take care off us. Correctly communicated our food request to the kitchen and the chef did an excellent job of serving just as requested.The ambience was nice. Place was clean. Tables set at social distance, booths had a transparent partition. Servers wore mask.Food was great. They had already closed the restaurant and we were the last ones to leave the place and they did serve my sweet tooth friend ice cream.Overall it was a nice relaxing evening at this place.
Our sever was very nice and more than helpful with the menu. The food was beyond amazing!
