Honestly? It's sub par for even drive thru food at this point. Their soups are abysmally seasoned, the bread wasn't even fresh, the amount of meat on the sandwiches was miniscule, and the drinks were half filled. Aaaand they forgot to give us 2 of our soups. It was actually a terrible experience for all involved.Service was fast though, so....?
First visit 4/11/22. Drive-thru. Spicy Take chicken sandwich & kettle chips, $11. No drink included. Tasty but pricey . Sandwich was sloppily prepared but the chicken was moist & bread fresh.
i’ve been going to this panera for years, and i always get the same thing: Mac n Cheese. it always seems to be a hit and miss if the employees decide to give fresh pasta or instead heat up some old stuff. Today i got a small mac and cheese and it was the driest, most pasty, noncheesey “mac n cheese” ive ever ate. i could immediately tell it was old leftovers, but i usually could manage the leftovers they have served me before. However this time i couldn’t even finish it. i’m not one to complain but today complaining seems valid.
I ordered a chicken green goddess salad tonight and got home to find it had no chicken in it. Very disappointing, how do you forget the protein?!? Also went to this location last week and they forgot my daughters soup entirely. We will never return here. Get better staff!
Did an online order for my office which stated it would be ready for pick up at 11:30. Go inside at 11:44 and it was still not ready - no problem things happen. 11:55 still no food which mind you this place has a drive thru so not sure why after 25 mins the food STILL wouldn’t be ready. Had to ask an employee at noon where my order was and not sure if they forgot to make it or if they had it bagged in the wrong spot. I mean all of their food is frozen so not sure why it took 35 mins to receive my order. I could’ve sat down at a restaurant with actual food in that amount of time…definitely wouldn’t recommend but then again why would anyone for overpriced frozen food.
I was not happy with today's service. I had scheduled a rapid curbside pickup and checked in 12 min before my order time and saw that no one came out and it was almost 9:20 when I went inside and asked about my order and the lady that was checking had no idea on my order when it was sitting in the rapid pick up cabinet, the top of my coffee was obviously not secured because when she picked it up it spilled and just cleaned it up and handed to me. This lousy service made me late to my appointment and when I tried picking up my coffee from my cup holder it spilled all over due to the loose top. Not sure if I was to go back to this area for pickup, the first time it was great service.

Terrible customer service. First and last time coming here. No one bothers answering the phone. The line just kept ringing everytime I called. I went inside to pick up my order thinking it may be busy. I actually dont mind going in to pick up my own order but as my daughter and I were feeling sick I wanted to minimize exposure to others. It wasn't busy inside. I've worked in the restaraunt industry for many years before. I am familiar with what busy looks like and this place was not at all busy when I entered.
Been coming here for 9Years never had a bad experience til today and it was so bad I’m leaving one star and that’s more than deserved. Whatever person working the drive through is absolutely miserable and unkind. She was cold so couldn’t stick her hand out of the window. It’s 55 degrees grow up. I’ll go to a different location.
