Let me start from the beginning. I asked for water with lemon and waitress comes out with bottled water. Then I ordered the Pargo for my wife and steak for me. The Pargo was not fresh as they advertise in their menu. It tasted like it was from the frozen department. I ordered the steak and the lady brought out Pargo for me. I asked if orders came with sweet plantains but she said no and we ended up ordering a side order to find out that all orders come with plantains.Update to add photo of frozen fish passed off as fresh fish. When asked about it , I was told sorry.. No offer to fix or order something else. We would have gladly paid as we are veterans who were in uniform and make it our BUSINESS to support small local businesses. However we are being called liars. Very unprofessional and will not have to worry about other veteran patrons from nearby Ellington Field
Had them cater an event for 50 people, and it was amazing! The paella is the best in the Houston area, even better than many in Spain. Food was delicious and abundant. Service was impeccable! Highly recommend!
Oh my goodness. What an incredibly amazing surprise. We expected the food to be good bases off the reviews alone, but man, we were completely floored. This was some of the best and most flavorful food I've had. I can't reccomend this place enough. The selection is excellent and the price is definitely worth it .

Nice clean restaurant. Great ambiance with Spanish music and decor. Food is served fresh and hot. I had tender oxtails with black beans and rice with plantains. The guava cheesecake was delicious. Definitely recommend ?

This restaurant is very authentic. You can try real Spanish cuisine there from a Spanish chef. Feels like you are in Barcelona.The atmosphere is pleasant. Place is super clean with nice music and real plants. Every table has hand sanitizer on it and every waiter wears a mask and gloves.Appetizers were delicious. Paella with seafood is the best.They have a lot of choices in menu.You can order European style espresso with deserts.I will definitely go back!
I tried Mr. Sabor today for lunch and ordered the Ropa Vieja de Res lunch special. Without a doubt it was the best meal I’ve eaten in 2022. A delicious blend of meat and vegetables served with white rice, black beans and plantains, a drink and cheesecake for dessert for 15 dollars is a great price! In addition the staff was very nice and helpful with any questions I had. A great restaurant that I will frequent from now on.
Very good food! Nice atmosphere. We ordered the Cuban sandwich. Will definitely be going back to try other dishes.
