Always a long wait even for mobile curb side orders. Get the orders wrong half of the time. Have had a couple run ins with very rude staff.It'll get the job done but honestly I'd rather go to another location further away. This location is right outside my neighborhood and poorly run.
By FAR THE WORST McDonald’s around! THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY FOOD. You would think since I go to that location a lot they would know to not mess up my order but NOPE! EVERY SINGLE TIME, WRONG! This one time, a manager wouldn’t even give me her name. I asked her for it because she was being so rude about THEM messing up my double cheeseburger PLAIN.. this place has BAD service and BAD attitude! Go elsewhere for trash food like McDonald’s for better attitudes though lol
The chunky woman that works the drive through line in the mornings is never pleasant and lacks customer service. She needs to be in a different position. However The other employees are always kind when I visit. The quality of food and drinks is never an issue. My only problem is the lady with thick sideburns
Prices keep going up but quality keeps declining. They used to be the cheap place to stop for something quick to eat. Now it's a very long wait even in a short line at the drive thru. Can get better food for just slightly more money at other places. I'm done with this junk.
Drive thru is always too busy it seems they can’t their drive thru game right but dine in service is normally faster then drive thru
Worst service I’ve experienced, they gad both lanes open with only one line moving, so I’m already irritated seeing others who just got in line pass me. So when I eventually order and go through the line the cashier repeats a completely different order and I had to tell I’m two or three times that’s not what I ordered until he finally understood and then at the last window , the employee was completely silent and hands me a drink not telling me what it is and ignoring me so I get home and find out the drink he gave me is completely wrong. You guys need to train your employees and supervise them
Stood at the counter about 3 minutes and left before anyone even bothered to look up and come to the front. Not gonna even be a missed drop in the bucket, and it might be good that they're that busy, but either they were understaffed or mis-staffed and that's a loss of several customers.
Nice, quiet place to eat. Inside is remodeled nicely. Only complaint is no inside playplace for the kids but they enjoyed the visit either way!
