This is the third time I ordered through door dash and they do not get my order wrong, they have not got the add ins correct so I will not be ordering from marble slab again
Visited this store again after a while in hopes of improved service. But what a mistake we made visiting the store again. We requested 2 regular scoops under a BOGO Mother's day offer, 1 in a cup and another 1 in a cone. The employee said they were out of waffle cone. Asked if they would consider substitution for dark chocolate cone that was available and the response was No. At the checkout they wouldn't honor BOGO offer. The employee said their system doesn't allow them to discount more than $5 and that's all we would get. We felt like having been taken an advantage of under a deceptive ad and dishonest business practice. Asked to speak with the manager and were told no manager was available. We left feeling robbed. Will try contacting the franchisor to see what they have to say about their franchisees business practices
The ice cream was pretty good and excited to be out with my family. However, the bathroom is severely neglected. It hasn't been cleaned in a long time obviously. There is nothing less pleasant for women to have to go into nasty restrooms, and especially to bring children in these restrooms. If you're overlooking this detail then I instantly wondered how clean the ice cream equipment is ??
This is our place to always come and get ice cream. It's small, so for us it's in and out because we live 2 mins away. So we take it to go.It's very clean, the owners are nice and inviting, and so good with the kids. They have choices of ice cream and sugar free ice cream or cookies.. A waffle cup or cone or regular cup. They also will make shakes.. Tons of toppings to choose from. And a good variety of flavors. To me the best marble slab in the area.If you want ice-cream given to you with a smile stop here. ??
Very in courteous staffs and I found quality subpar for the price. I was dining at the Japanese restaurant next door and went to get some ice cream to go. I was horrified when I found a human hair attached to the lid... which wasn’t closed tight.
Shairin is our absolute favorite employee. So sweet and nice. Always a smile and makes the best concoction of ice cream flavors. Sometimes she’s overwhelmed being the only employee working while 20 customers are waiting and yet she still services everyone with a sweet personality.
Horrible service. The person working there was rude and unfriendly. I won't be going back to this location.
Came in 20 minutes before close and the worker had already cleaned everything so refused to do mix ins. Paid $15 for regular ice cream.
the ice Cream is ALWAYS great! but customer service..Today?..was Not so hot. The server was not friendly..Barely talked, and looked like she really didnt want to be there..smh
I didn't really think the ice cream was better than any other ice cream. I got a small waffle bowl with mint ice cream and it was almost $9.
