Manager Brenna said she is only the manager so she can’t call corporate to help me, I would need to do so as she doesn’t have pull. Interesting. Flat out laziness. I have never had a “Manager” discount herself and make herself so incompetent in front of her team. She didn’t want to even come out to speak with me and when she did, she passed the buck to corporate. She has no authority to give me the credit that is advertised cause she didn’t want to do extra work. I’ve been shorted $50. They freely hand out gift cards if you order x amount of food while bowling. You couldn’t give me a $50 gift card to honor your dollar for dollar match? Yes, you can.I love how the minimum tip is set to automatic 18% for delivering food to the table for bowling. I had to ask for every single item: napkins, ketchup, water bottles I ordered, and straws yet they want 18%.

Went my my birthday. Me and my girl's family showed up to celebrate. Played bowling, black light mini golf, and billards. Next it's just me and her. Game On!!

My husband and I took our grandsons here for a Sunday Fun Day and they had an awesome time. It’s always nice to come here because the crowd is usually always friendly and the establishment is very clean. Tons of games and fun things to do with your family, friends, and loved ones! Our grandchildren love this place!!
The place is old and still lives up to its merit. The staff is a wee bit jaded but they take care of business. We threw a party for my 6 year old and we enjoyed it. I had a drink despite our 12 kid count and enjoyed it while bowling. Our party was late so they were accommodating. My boys love last tag so that was a good experience. Party accommodations kinda missed the mark but they were flexible. Overall party was a success. The kids didn't wanna leave. 4 stars because the party planner was too aloof. You can't just take my child to fulfill a quota quest and not expect accompaniment.
My first time coming and I will be coming back. Super fun for family, kid friendly and the staff was great. A great night out with the family and friends
