I have been drinking Kung fu tea in many states but here is the worst. Boba is so hard and doesn't have the taste of honey, just sweet. Milk cap is not good too.The staff need to be retraining.
This was the worst tasting drink place ever. To sweet and just nasty. I throw both cups on the side of the road . Save your money and go next door to Sonic.
Got the Kung Fu milk tea with boba and it was good. Only critique is that their medium sized drink is more like a small.
I’ve ordered delivery from this place about 3 times, and each time the boba has been hard and stuck together. I love milk tea but it’s unfair to pay for expensive delivery and receive bad boba.
Came in wanting to know what ingredients are in the syrups they use to see if I can consume it, and the man refused to tell me and said "I wouldn't be able to tell you"...it also took him several minutes to begin to try and help me get a drink. I almost didn't order then the company wouldn't get my business. Is that how a business should be managed? Give the customer the bare minimum until they give up and leave. Then what? I'll tell you, the staff don't care of you leave.
They had great boba milk tea along with other drinks such as slushes and smoothies. You can even get some drinks by the gallon to-go. Even though the employee was alone service was fast and helpful. I'd love to give other drinks there a try next visit.
Come here often, honestly a great place to get a drink that can quench your thirst, with many flavors and choices you can't go wrong with your decision.
I’m kind of sad! I used to work at KFT and when I was training the quality of the drinks and components making them up were super important to the staff and owners (as it should be) so I always stick up for KFT and suggest it to friends but when I went tonight my drink was mediocre.The tea tasted bitter/burnt and the boba was kind of hard and stuck in huge clumps. I know they make batches of both tea and boba every few hours and maybe I got there when the boba wasn’t super fresh but I was just disappointed. As for the tea I don’t know why it tasted burnt but it didn’t taste right for sure.Really look forward to my weekly boba and this one just wasn’t it.
I love this place and I always enjoy going there , but this time I will have to give it a 2 stars , the new staff there is horrible , specially the girl in the cashier not really sure who because it’s not always the same , she had a horrible attitude and very disrespectful. She has no patience and has zero personality! My mom was in town and I was trying to choose something for her since she has never try it and this girl was very rude and impatient, I end up choosing whatever and on top of that she literally took my order with a very rude tone and then got on her cellphone ( I mean there were zero people in line ) !And let’s not forget the fact that when I ask her about the new flavors very nicely her answer was they are on the app or you can check it on the page , really ????
The slush had chunks of ice still in it and the kung fu milk tea tasted strange, overly bitter/sweet. Lots of lychee jellies with my order tho but wish they would've strained them before putting it in the cup
