I have been going to this place for a long time and recently went and ordered two fajita tacos to go and they were terrible and cold. I picked them up 10 minutes after I ordered them and immediately called and spoke to Cody who claimed to be the manager and he refused to give me a refund on my credit card because he claim their system does not allow it and then he would talk to the manager the next day and have someone call me. That did not happen and since then they had still refused to refund my money and be held accountable. My question to future customers is there’s a lot of other businesses that will treat you better. Is this the type of business do you want to give your hard earned money to?
The menu is large, so let me help you...get the Quissabirrias! Quesabirria is a Mexican dish w/ birria-style cooked beef folded into a tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of for dipping; a cross between a quasadilla and taco. This is one of the best you will ever have; authentic and all the tasty flavors you would want. They are served warm with white onions and cilantro. While the cheese is melting, lift up a fold and insert some white onions and cilantro into your quesabirria, then dip into the consommé and enjoy! ?The restaurant is clean and lively inside with Mexican ambiant music playing in the background. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I did my research beforehand and they verified I was ordering one of the best items without me asking.I can't wait to come back
Went here with friends recommended by one of those friends. The food, well my quesadilla was really good! The other friends new to the place liked it a lot too. This is supposedly considered an authentic Mexican restaurant, but I wouldn't agree. Yes they have more "authentic" options compared to some Mexican restaurants, but I've had a more authentic location than this one. I tried a friend's Menudo (excuse if I spelled wrong), and it tasted strange for all of us, I've definitely had better. As for their Horchata, which I love dearly as a drink, theirs was quite powdery. I felt like I was drinking bits of cinnamon or milk powder which tells me they don't mix it well or it isn't very authentic. I would definitely go back for the food though! Also customer service is very helpful and kind!
Krave is my absolute favorite. I’m addicted to this place. I eat here probably 3-4 times a week. The staff has always been really nice and professional. I got the chance to meet the owner and she was such a sweet person. I never leave reviews but Krave definitely deserves to be recognized for a spectacular authentic Mexican food restaurant. If you don’t stop by at least once i don’t know what you are doing with your life. For the price you get such good quality food. Be careful though you may end up in a food coma. LOVE KRAVE TACOS
Order some tacos to go and just threw tortillas and fajita on top. I guess I order make your own tacos order. I understand on the avocado being expensive but why would they only sprinkle a little cheese. I mean I pay for it. Don't recommend and make sure to give a bad review to everyone I know. They need better management
This is seriously of my favorite meals I’ve ever had and I consider myself pretty cultured. The Quesabirrias are sooo flavorful! I dip it and then pour a bit of the salsa verde and it’s insanely good. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! 1000000/10
Today was our first time at Krave Taco. We ordered 2 burrito bowls. When food was ready it was 2 burritos. They remade our order without a problem. Apparently the person that took our order misunderstood me as we were also charged for burritos. Turns out, we feel food was just OK. Nothing to write home about and will probably never go back.
The torta was delicious. I initially got one with pigs skins on top which is definitely not what I was told it had. The gentleman in the front apologized for the misunderstanding and made it right. Got me a brand new order. Will be back to try something different for sure.
My absolute favorite Mexican food in the entire area! Their food is authentic and so tasty! I'm very picky with Mexican food that I will travel into Houston if I don't cook at home but not anymore. I recommend ordering ahead if you are going during lunch time but that just shows how good their food is. Try the quesabirria plate... They are SO good!
Krave tacos is amazing, authentic Mexican food!! Everything is made in house, the salsas, tortillas, agua frescas. Everything is so fresh and delicious!!! The restaurant is always so clean and the customer service is great! We love coming to eat here multiple times a week. Please try this place out you won’t regret it!! 10000/10 recommended!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
