Normally, Jimmy John's is freaky fast. Not this time. I made my order 15 minutes before I arrive. I get there, there's a line 5 people deep. I tell them I'm there for pick up when it's my turn. I guess the one guy making sandwiches is in the process of making mine. Online I ordered napkins in the bag, never had an issue. The guy threw my sandwiches on the counter said "pick up order " no name or anything. I also had to put my sandwiches in the bags I found next to the counter. Not good customer service.
With a specific worker my food is never ready on time, at this point it happens so often that I'm thinking its personal... When he's not working everything runs smooth...my Togo order is on the table and I'm in and out.... With him he's prepping bread or whatever while my ticket been sitting on the printer for 20 mins. Said I wasn't going to eat there again but decided to give it another shot... Of course he's there and my food wasn't ready so I just left.
It's always an awesome experience everytime I eat at J.J's. The only place where I actually like tuna sandwiches. The competition has zero taste and customer service compared to JJs.
This location has very good customer services. They all very professional and well trained. I loved my wheat veggie #6. Almost ate 4 times and have same thing as accepted.
The gentleman that helped me was very informative. My sandwich was light and reallly good. I will go back and recommend this location.
Destiny is awesome at this location. The squad is usually spot on with customer service. This is our local JJ and they rock. The restaurant is also clean!!

We frequent Jimmy johns regularly and this has been the best location for us! The staff are very friendly and they’ve even memorized our regular orders! Definitely recommend!
