Went there for some smoothie bowls. They tasted great and were very pretty to just look at! On the other hand the employees didn’t look like they knew what they were doing. They also took quite long time, compare to when I’ve gone there before. I also decided I would try one of the coffees… they tasted pretty horrible all around which was pretty disappointing.Though I was not the most satisfied customer the smoothies and bowls tasted good!
My daughter and I visit the Webster Location on a late evening on 3/11/22. This was my daughter's 1st time at Jamba Juice. She mentioned to the cashier that she was allergic to one of the fruits. He took the time to list off the menu to help her select which item she can enjoy. A the young lady from the back came to assure of her choice off the menu. My daughter was impressed that the staff took her concerns seriously. Definitely a good experience.
the manager is really rude. the jamba juice app glitched and made me order my smoothie twice. i went in the store to explain my situation and she cut me off before i even finished my sentence. she only gave me one smoothie and i asked for a refund on the second one since it was accidentally ordered and she told me that there’s no way for me to get a refund. i called the jamba juice corporation and they told me that the store has to give me a refund. I went back in to tell her and she started to shout at me and then went to inverview someone right in front of me. i just want my refund on the second smoothie that i never got.
The General Manager "A" here is rude as ever. I came in for my free birthday smoothie and gave me a hard time as I was having trouble using their Jamba App. I felt like she was in such a rush to dismiss me. The sad part is that this location has gone down in customer service within the last six months. I wanted to share my experience and let the owner that I and others won't be back here. #getyourmanagementup
I ordered a small and a large of the same smoothie I was served two small , requested a large and then they proceeded to dump the small smoothie into a large cup and add a little more to the top , not filling the entire cup.I also ordered a smoothie bowl and received juice, and the nuts on top tasted like they were rotten. No good.
Terrible customer service. My first time here and will be my last. As soon as I came in the store a lady stood in front of me and stared at me and said nothing. Another young lady asked me what I would like to order. I showed her the picture of what I wanted to order (from my phone). It clearly said “gotcha matcha with cloudy whip” The lady that was still staring at me automatically shouted out “cold brew” I have no idea what she is saying so I showed her and told her “ this is what I want.” She ignored me and told the other young lady “it’s a cold brew” “give her a cold brew”. I thought she knew what I was ordering since I had showed her the picture. Nope this lady is rude, unprofessional, and ended up blaming the other girl for her mistake. Not coming here again!
Added a $4 ginger shot to a $6 smoothie without letting me know it was extra. Not the friendliest manager either. Won't go to this location again. 0/10.
Normally the service is fine so I didn't want to give 1 star but today was a different story.I came in and was greeted immediately I have no idea what she was saying though because she had a mask on and was mumbling. So I said good morning and ordered my drink. Then I also asked for an add in. She said she couldn't hear me and I still couldn't understand her she pulled her mask down a little to speak. The other worker a male wasn't wearing a mask so I don't understand the wearing a mask if you're going to pull it down anyway. I worked through covid at a restaurant and knew I had to speak louder through the mask and annunciate. Anyway she walked away no thank you no anything else. There was a man who was laying in the courtyard outside staring at me from between jamba and bbw. also usually a different man sits outside this establishment and kolache factory asking for food or offering to clean windshields which ive seen numerous times, and they both appeared to be homeless. With the guy in the courtyard staring at me and the employees attitudes being off and just not as friendly as usual , i just felt pretty uncomfortable. The landlord really should be made aware of people outside soliciting. Then after leaving I noticed the smoothie was not blended fully and had chunks throughout it which is the main reason I'm leaving a review. If you're unhappy with a job then leave. Don't halfa** it. Usually I'm not put off this much but the other employees I've experienced are much more pleasant.
Good product and absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Very rude and inconsiderate employees. Was ignored after being greeted by cashier because they were too busy gossiping about how much they hate their coworkers, especially someone named “Sage” and their schedules. After the girl finally took our order her and her other 2 coworkers, one looked like a manager, just went right back to gossiping WITHOUT MAKING OUR ORDER. This is some of the worst service I’ve ever received and it isn’t the first time from this location. As someone who works in food service, the staff here is really a disappointment. It’s really unfortunate too because the product served here is really really good. Side note : the male employee with black hair is always mostly helpful and nice
Been going here regularly for years. Some little glitches here and there but it's definitely my favorite smoothie place, both for the product and for the people.
