Ordered iced coffees and they were super gross. I understand if they were short staffed w/e the case. It wasn’t busy, we were the only ones there and I asked if I could pay a difference to swap them for a different flavor. I was told no, and that I COULDNT get my money back. Just horrible. Can’t force someone to drink something that taste disgusting. $8 we’re wasted..
Meat felt like it was sitting out for a long time before it was put in between the two buns. I didn't really like it at all. The fries was great though they were hot and ready to go.

Just went to drive through not great service. I have to go back because they forgot my 3 orders more and the older gentlemen that was at the window was pretty rude. He is not professional at all when it comes with communication and is he just kept saying rude remarks towards me. Don't waste your time.
Just went through the drive thru & ordered a # 13 cane with no lettuce no bacon, or tomato’s! I totally get it you are busy I used to work fast food too, but getting orders wrong is not always ok .

High star rating is because they're open 24/7. When line at Whataburger astronomically long this is a decent choice. Late night crew is very nice. Other than that nothing nice to say about food. Food is slightly better than microwaved meal. That's Jack's national standard
Overall a good visit, a few communication issues though. Good menu selections. Men’s room needs detail cleaning. I know help is hard to find in this season, so I understand. Take out meal was good, and as ordered. Prices are moderate.
