This is the most chaotic jack in the box location ever . I've come here a few times and each time I was waiting 30 minutes to AN HOUR for a simple order. and its messed up. Workers arguing with customers over the speaker, seen a cook quit while I was taking my order LMAO.. just walked out that back door and never cam back. I completely stopped coming to this location when an exterminator was switching out the black box rat traps they got outside while i was in line. Yeah, no thank you.
Tonight on May 12, around 12:30 am, waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, pulled up cause I heard customers in vehicle in front of me talking, thought maybe they were taking order at window. Then waited another 20 minutes in line to window to place order, cause I cannot back up, due to cars behind me waiting to place order, so just trapped in drive thru, when I got to the window, they drive thru employee said we are open, then I started to place order but then he gave me the lame accuse of the computer is updating. Heard this excuse while waiting in line from this store from several different employees over the course of a year here, since I live relatively close. Not sure how this place makes any money. This is the worst Jack n a box I've ever been to, in 35 years across different states, stay away from this place and let it die out.
The other reviews are pretty accurate. We had never tried JITB. We walked in and ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful, they seemed to be working hard. Overall, the place was moderately clean....not offensively dirty nor sparkling clean. The food quality was poor. Being our first time, we each tried the #1. It was dry and pretty gross. We both felt nauseous and my gal ended up throwing everything up. This was our first and last visit to JITB.
I’m giving 3 for effort, I received the wrong order and refused to drive from Pasadena to Webster, they are lucky that I’m hungry but please pay attention I really wanted that popcorn chicken
The worst. Jack in the box needs to step it up. There is no reason why any JITB has to take 20+ minutes for a drive thru order. Drive thrus are only supposed to be a total of 4 minutes from the time you order to the time you leave with your food. Get in the game and do it right.
This Jack in tha box always has long wait time in the drive thru. Lady is always rushing me but forgets half the order or always get old curly fries and tacos.
Great food, not always the best employees. One of our favorite places to grab a bite regardless.
Great drive-thru and staff! It was my first time ordering so I was a little stuck, and the manager introduced me to the food they had there and suggested the most ordered meals. The food tasted hot and fresh. Most definitely coming back next time.
Overall, a disgusting place to eat. Both bathrooms smelled like an open sewer, probably because the toilet seals are old and worn out and every time you flush, waste leaks out from underneath. There was literally a puddle of urine and fences all over the floor. On top of that, they decided to store an old, used, filthy toilet brush directly underneath the paper towel dispenser. Definitely a huge health hazard!The lady taking our order (Mehar?) was rude and wouldn’t listen, and kept rushing us through ordering, and then got it wrong anyway. Even getting a receipt was a hassle; the first time she just threw a wad of receipts at me, that had 5 other receipts on it but not mine, then she waited and watched me until I asked her for my actual receipt. A very baffling experience to say the least.
They hire the rudest people. If you don’t like the job then just leave, stop taking it out on the customers. Don’t come here, you’ll just be humiliated and then once you get over the humiliation aspect, you’ll notice that your entire order is missing/ wrong.
