We had an awesome experience. Great deal with the happy hour menu!!!! Our waitress, her name is escaping me at the moment, is one of the best they have!!! She's been there awhile. Excellent service! Food cooked perfectly! Everything tasted fresh. We went to their competition that starts with a "D". We had to send the pancakes back 3 times because they were liquid in the middle and Crunchy on the outside. ?? I finally lost my appetite from the incompetence and we could hear the supposed cook complaining in the kitchen having to redo the orders...it wasn't busy. He couldn't understand what was wrong with the pancakes to begin with...saying there's nothing wrong with them. Then I tried to just eat the eggs and they were quite fibrous due to the shells. So yeah, IHOP rocks!!!!! They've had issues in the past too...here and there, but they are tasting quite delicious!!!! Plus the customer service is awesome!!!! Keep it up y'all!!!!?
The management team seems to need more people skills and should not scold employees in front of the customers. The workers were constantly trying to avoid the larger sized female manager who was going all over the place shouting orders like training workers about orders needed to be changed for customers. The atmosphere and the menu items served make it easier to say I will never visit that IHOP near NASA again!
I was expecting a long line at 8:30am on a Saturday but I was pleasantly surprised that our party of five got in immediately. Ronald, our waiter, was attentive and a nice gentlemen. We stayed longer than usual because we were talking with new friends and they didn’t kick us out. The food was perfect too!
Went there with a friend of mine for her birthday.. our server Patti was the absolute sweetest! Made my friend and I feel very welcomed and honestly.. like royalty! Great service. Hopefully will be going more often. :)
Service was quick and everything was hot. Friendly staff too.
So I wanted to leave a review Because recently my husband and kiddos and I went to IHOP at this location and had two extremely drastically different experiences. Picture it New Year’s Eve we really partied hard we watched movies and fell asleep on the couch so we decided to go to IHOP around 10 PM the kids were excited because this isn’t something we do often and I will tell you honestly that they made it a great experience. Chelsea was our waitress the first time which was at night like I said…. and she was prompt, the restaurant was clean… upon walking in we were both like “this is a super clean restaurant! wow!”So we ate and enjoyed our food paid our ticket and left except for we forgot we had a gift card so we went back the next day… I’m not sure of the exact time but we think it was around like 1 o’clock or so on New Year’s Day and we walked into the same restaurant we were at just hours before and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. But seriously there were only a couple of tables that didn’t have other past patrons food sitting awaiting clean up. The service was terrible the order was wrong and the manager was rude… Although she took the mistaken meal off of the ticket she didn’t lack attitude while doing so. I don’t even think she realize that we saw how she was reacting when the waiter told her that we didn’t wanna pay for the wrong item.We came back to IHOP this evening really late just my husband and I around 12:15 AM and Chelsea was our waitress once again and once again the restaurant was noticeably clean very very clean. They had awesome service and the food was wonderful our order was exactly perfect. There are honestly only good things I can say about the late night crew at this IHOP. Chelsea is super friendly and really attentive as a waitress!*****Chelsea good luck at your next league game thank you so much for the great service!!!
The waiter was friendly and the food was alright. I don't recommend the potatoes though. Somehow they had the consistency of bread. They didn't look or taste right. They also need to update the seating the booth seating pad was ripped pretty good which made sitting on it hurt a bit. Give this place a shot or don't, it's entirely up to you.
I’ve visited this IHOP frequently with no issues over the years. Food was always good and affordable. However, as of lately, it seems to have gone downhill significantly. Last time we went to eat breakfast was the last straw- we ended up turning around and leaving. We walked in and immediately noticed a foul odor. Like mildew and an outdoor restroom. Everything was visibly dirty and it was very humid inside. There’s clearly some issues going on with the building that need to be addressed. We were grossed out to say the least. We left and went to Black Bear Diner. We paid more, but worth it.
Coffee cold. Heater didn't work and it was freezing. Lady told me coffee was fresh she lied. Twice. Than she gave me a refill with decaf and lied again saying it was regular. Very upset omelet was cold. Food was cold. I couldn't eat it it was disgusting. I still tipped her since I used to serve tables at IHOP. That specific one. They need new owners. One Lady I complained to told me the servers attacked her for throwing old coffee away just because it's cold and they are to lazy to make new ones. I didn't get the plates picked up or asked anything I had to always get her to get something. Another server tried saying it was the cups that made the coffee cold. Stop lying please
Everything was good. Our waiter was pleasant. Not many people. Place was clean.
