This is a great store. From the fresh buttery buns that came out the oven and watching them make more while waiting on my thick juicy burger. I cant remember the man in charge but he had no problem doing his job and still telling me about his store. This will be my Fuddruckers. I did go to the one in Shreveport at the Boardwalk until I had to have my burger and fries without any cheese for my fries, all because their new suppliers does not carry cheese sauce. So instead of going to Sam's to take care of their customers they just say too bad.

The hamburgers are great!!! If you're gonna go, go hungry because they're also BIG! Very nice and clean place. Can't go wrong if you're a hamburger lover.
Wow, what a dissapointment!!! I was so excited to stop here because I hadn't eaten at a Fuddruckers in a few years. We ordered burgers to our liking, but the 1/2 lb burger didn't taste good, it was missing the bacon, and the few fries they gave us were old so they told us they were making fresh ones and they would be ready in 1.5 minutes. But they never served us the fries, instead served them on another order. So when I went to ask for the fries, they didn't have any made and had to fry another batch. I went to the counter again, after about 7 minutes, to ask for the fries a second time, they didn't have them ready. Geez!!!!The onion rings I ordered were NOT hand battered onion rings, and they were so soft the batter was falling off the onion. The pico de gallo tasted vinegary, and the tomatoes looked old and wilted. The sweet tea was so sweet that I couldn't drink it, I had to dump half out and fill it with unsweet tea.Service SUCKED and we went at a time when we were the second customers there. I would hate to see how horrible they are when it's busy. Never again will I eat here!!!!I didn't take pictures because I was so disgusted with the food. The place looks clean.
The only friendly person was the older woman that took our order. Had to find a table that wasn't dirty. The cook wouldn't even talk to us, when we asked where the salt and pepper were he just stared at us and shoved silverware packets at us. Asked for a medium elk burger and was served an un-seasoned red raw elk burger instead with a cold side of tater tots. It was bland and nasty. He ordered the 1 pound burger and he said his was so nasty he couldn't finish it and literally hacked part of it back up and couldn't eat after that. Over $40 bucks for the nastiest food and disappointing service we've had in a long time. We don’t recommend this location to anyone and definitely won't be back.
My husband and I went here for the first time and it was really good! There's a Luby's connected to it, but we didn't go in. My husband is Deaf so the little vibrating coaster was much appreciated and he also liked being able to pick what he wanted on his burger himself. We really liked it so we will probably go back!
They were out of onion rings and the rest of the food was just meh....They don't have my favorite burger anymore and they don't have as many options on the vegetable bar. I remember now why I stopped eating there. I will not be going back.
I have always enjoyed Fuddruckers ever since I was a kid. You can get 1/3, half pound, 2/3 or even a full pound burger! There is toppings bar you fix yourself, and even a beyond burger for vegans. Great place for the whole family.
The food was great and very reasonably priced I was very pleased. My kids were very happy with the place. I remember working for Fuddruckers back in the 80s and how good the food was then. They still have some of the best burgers today!! Just be warned they are huge!!
I'm gonna start of by telling you I will never come here again and let me tell you why. I go inside and I look around and im wondering why is it dead inside. So I order and got a bacon burger. I took two bites of it and I decided to throw it away. You know its a bad experience when you know McDonald's has better food than this nasty place.
