If we need extra sour cream means more not just just almost noting extra, if it was an issue or extra charge they should day so.... stopped at a corner store to buy extra Sour cream cause....
It's Freebirds. The new vegan chorizo was okay.
Food is always fantastic and the staff is super nice! I do however miss the aluminum foil sculptures that used to adorn the walls. Guess we all have to grow up sometime lol.
Chorizo was different. Chicken was dry and hard. Very disappointed this time. Usually it's moist and tender. What happened, y'all? Customer service was great though.
Pretty good food, super nice staff, clean dinning area. only real complaint I have is the guy making my burrito was very quiet so I couldn't really hear him ask questions other then that I do miss all the foil sculptures but I do understand it's not that sanitary in these troubled times.
Thank you Freebirds! My wife and I ate lunch at Freebirds. The cashier hugely over-charged us for 2 Burritos. We brought this to the attention of the Manager who quickly made the things better. The manager was very apologetic, comped our meal, and gave us two cards to use later for 2 Free Freebirds Burritos. We are thankful, our intent was never to get free food but to get clarification on why the bill was so high. The manager made things right and we were thankful for the great customer relations extended. Thank you! 5 star customer service!
It's basically a sort of glorified Chipotle... I was very disappointed to find out they don't melt the cheese on the nachos. Imo a bunch of tortilla chips with some stuff on them are not nachos until they have melted cheese on top.
One of the best BBQ spots in town! The food is delicious, and the service is the best I've ever had! The gentleman who assisted us was very prompt and courteous in getting us everything we needed on time. He double-checked everything to ensure we received the best service possible, and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. He's a good fit for this place!
The staff there was so helpful and kind. The food was awesome. My mom and I halfed one freebird burrito and were stuffed. The price was very reasonable.
I love this freebirds location. The people are awesome and the food is ALWAYS great! Plus, their rewards program is amazing.
