The burgers were fine, not as good as usual for five guys. The workers need a little bit more training on how to attend people, once they weren't really gentle and receptive. The menu was missing a couple of beverages, like milk shakes. The peanuts were also missing from this store. I would give any five guys a shoot, once they are usually better than any burger fast food chain. The taste is usually really good and the fries are the best.
Rude staff, poor customer service, dirty dining area, & we sat down to eat about 30 minutes before closing & they took down the tea/other drinks. So no one could refill their cups to have drinks with their food. Then the staff rudely told us to buy one of their bottled drinks if we wanted drinks. I told them why would we buy another drink when we already bought one & should be able to refill our drinks since the restaurant is not closed yet.Food was good but not good enough to return & service was terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant. It's overpriced, rude staff, dining room is not cleaned, we had to wipe off a table ourselves.
Fries tastes like a thicker cut version of In and Out fries. Thin crispy layer and soft in the middle. Not crunchy but flakey. Cajun seasoning is available. They fill the bag with fries. Burgers include mushrooms, jalopenos, and grilled onions as options. Buns are weak and melt under the toppings. Meat is well done and tastes beefy. You can tell the fries and meat are not frozen. Service is very quick. A bit pricey though. For a bit more, you could go to a restaurant.

Fantastic Service! But nobody wants a dry hamburger ?? Sadly they are unable to fulfill the request of anything less than well done. Now I know.

Everybody who knows me knows how I feel about Five Guys. I spend so much money a week eating here so I’m very upset and disappointed in what happened today. I go out of my way to drive to the Five Guys on Bay Area. I WILL NEVER eat here ever again. The way I was treated and disrespected by the staff and manager all because I wanted to add an extra patty was uncalled for. They hung up in my face and refused to serve me and give me a refund. I wish I knew what caused this because he was extremely rude when he got on the phone. I called back and he hung up again. Then I arrive and he tells me that I can contact corporate for a refund. He told me he won’t be serving me here. So I tell him they are either going to make my food or give me my money back. So he starts being ugly and yelling and slamming things. Long story short, I am getting my food but I am completely heartbroken because I will never eat here again. I loved Five Guys so much. My feelings are really hurt right now. Five Guys Five Guys
Asked for a kosher dog with ketchup and grilled onions. What I got was a kosher dog with ketchup and grilled mushrooms ?Luckily I'm not allergic and picked them off but definitely ruined the experience.
Ordered cheese burger but somehow got double meat didn't want.chairs at restaurant was disgusting. Grease an dirt on backs of most of them except the new ones. Management obviously dropping ball. Sad . Terrific burgers
Super great food, really loved it! The fries were amazing and so are the shakes. The little cheeseburger is the perfect size.
